It is not a TCA but based on my research it often tests positive for it. It is not an illegal drug, but if you are getting screened for all drugs, yes it can show up on a drug test. NO Seroquel does NOT show up on a drug test. I took 1mg xanax, the white oval one last night. I took it about 12:30am. I had to do a urine lab test this morning. I ate canned ham mixed with Mayo with bread and cheese covered freedos with a mountain dew and salt water taffy prier. I am 123 pounds. The test was at 7:30am. What is the amount of time it takes to leave my system? Usually they breathalyzer test me. My friend went to urgent care and they called her and said she tested positive for lithium. I'm on Seroquel XR & it ones up positive for THC when I test at probation. They have a complete list of my meds. Here in our county, they send it off to a lab that confirms it being either a " true or false positive ". It comes back from the lab as a false positive of course, since I do not use. I had to argue w/ the test lady because I googled this info, & had the answer about why before she was even done dialing the phone # to the local pharmacy. Many years on and off I have tested positive for benzos and am labeled forever a drug addict even though anything I've taken has always been prescribed, clonidine, seroquel, olanzapine cymbalta, trazodone, and norcos are all I've ever taken and just recently clonazepam which does not show up in tests. A friend of mine had been clean and sober for six years recently failed a drug test for benzos and all he had taken is clonidine. I don't drink or do drugs. Norcos, benadryl and clonazepam are all I've taken in 3 years and the benzos are not showing up now. Could anyone else have had this happen? With this drug only during the times I've taken it I came up positive. I tossed the drug.

I'm prescribed several medications. Cymbalta 60mg, Adderall 15mg xr to take in the morning, Adderall 20mg to take at 3:00pm, Lisinopril 40mg, Prilosec 20mg, Zyrtec 10mg, and Flexeril 30mg.
