I have a prescription for xanax but my husband has a prescription for Klonopin...i'm getting a drug test done on the 29th and i'm afraid that the klonopin will show up...i take my husband's because they work better for me than xanax...and he barely takes klons. they are so effective for me. I'm afraid that klonopin will show up...i know they are both benzos but would a pre employment screening show that? ## Yes, the test can show the specific Benzodiazepine that was taken, which may be a problem, if you don't have a prescription for it. Have you talked to your doctor about switching medications? ## Xanax can show up for 3 weeks. Klonopin doesn't even show up on a benzo test because it leaves your system in about 5 hours. I have been on 2mg of klonopin 3 times a d... ...

11 Replies RSS
I need to know if klonopin and xanax will show up the same on a drug screen. I am randomly screened.. and i need to know.. it is extremely important ## Will klonipin and xanax Show up the same on a urine screen and mouth swab? ## Well Sissy, we never heard back from cupcakes so we must assume they both would show up as you would expect? Good luck on your test! ## I go to a methadone clinic I took 6 yellow klonopins Saturday night and tool a oral drug screen Monday morning at about 6 will I pass ## Yes they both show up as benzos ## The oral swab is not nearly as effective as a urine screen with a much better chance of passing the test even if you shouldnt, but if it does show positive both will show positive for benzodiazepines. Not differentiating the different brand's. ## Can a la... ...

Xanax and klonopin in hair test
13 Replies RSS
do the two drugs show up the same in a hair test? ## It depends on the type of test, there are some that are used only to detect the presence of a certain drug class, such as the Benzodiazepines and if that's the type used, they would both show up as just that. However, there are more specific tests that can be done, which determine the specific ones that are used and if that's the type being used, then they will both show up as their own specific drug. Are there any other comments or questions? ## Hey I took one Xanax during the Super Bowl weekend and I think I have a hair follicle coming up soon the thing is that weekend I broke up the Xanax into quarters and took them in the weekend but before that I haven't done any drugs in years how long will I have to wait before it s... ...

on a mouth swab will xanax klonopin and ativan all come back as the same bends over or do they come back in their own category as F you have taken all of them? ## I say category F ## Hi me! Usually, they would all show up as benzos. They would have 2 do a special panel of tests 2 show up individually. ## is it likely to have a special panel ran for clonzepam on blood work to test levels ## I know for a fact because it happened to me that Xanax and Klonopin are going to come up as two different things but they are both benzos and I believe Ativan will come up in the benzo family I don't know if the name will come up but I know Klonopin and Xanax those two names will come up in your urine as two different pills but both doing the same thing there are both a benzo. I was wondering if court ordered hair follicle test will test for benzos. I know that most hair follicle tests dont usually test for benzos... so what do u think? I am prescribed klonopin but xanax works better for me. So I get it in other ways. Id rather b safe than sorry about the xanax but they are both benzos so would they both just show up that way and it wouldnt b detectable on which is which?? ## I have a prescription for clonazepam. Sometimes I have to take an extra one throughout the day. I just wanted to know if a hair follicle drug test can tell that the clonazepam is in my system or can it tell if I've taken more than I'm supposed to? Does anyone know? ...

I have been off lartab since Dec 2011 am I clean now from that..and I have anxiety disorder at times will take Xanax once or twice a week I took my kolnpin last night..all medications given by my doctor I need this job will it show up on a panel 1 test ## The Hydrocodone in Lortab is generally only detectable for approximately 4 to 5 days, after last dosing. Benzodiazepines, such as the Xanax and Klonopin can be detectable for up to 6 weeks, so they may be detected, however, if you have a prescription for them, then you should just inform them of that, when you go in for the test. ## I would suspect both the xanax and klonopin to show up. However with prescriptions it should not matter. Even with the Lortab, I know you haven't taken any in months and they will not show up, but depen... ...
