If you have trouble understanding it, then please speak to your doctor or pharmacist. ## from what i undestand, gout is largely trigged by what you eat - like pork, or asparagus or mushrooms. If it bothers you that bad, google a list a foods that increase uric acid and that should help.

We purchased the Rumoquin NF gel in Mexico while on vacation, for my husbands sore shoulder. It relieved the pain a little. Now I am rubbing it on my 10th rib from a recent fall and it gives relief so I can sleep. Were can I puchase it? ## Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and Betamethasone is a steroid, as far as I know, they both require a prescription in the U.S. and Canada, due to the risk of some severe side effects they can cause. So in that respect it should help with certain conditions such as arthritis. NOTE: Just to confirm, clonafec and volfenac are simply other brand names for Diclofenac. He was taking other medicatios along ans I wanted to know if this was the problem ## From what I could gather there aren't any vitamins that interact with Diclofenac. If this were the case, you wouldn't be able to eat anything, since all, if not most foods contain vitamins and minerals whether they are fortified or naturally occurring. However it is still important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. I was given diclofenaco 100mg in Mexico and I was pain free in 2 days. Can't count the pills I've taken over the years to no avail. Surgery and fusing is all my US doctors could see as a cure. My husband is taking prescribed ibuprofen 800mg but is still in much knee pain and a friend gave him this medicine before going to the doctor and took it but forgot to ask doctor if he can continue it and doctor never mentioned if he should stop it ## No, he should not take them both.
