There are medications that can help, along with diet and lifestyle changes, but it will never be cured and will never go away. There is no cure for diabetes, you can only control it. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, flatulence, stomach pain and hypoglycemia. Just a bunch of spam-like ads that briefly discuss its supposed benefits for curing diabetes. This is not to say that there is no cure, as I have personally seen type 2 diabetics get off their meds completely after changing their diet and exercise habits. My mother has diabetes and hypertension. She is taking GP1 half tablet before Breakfast for Diabetes and Amloz 5mg for BP. Her Blood Sugar is F-105 and PP-165.
