Defcort Tm

I am suffering from kidney stone, dr has prescribed me defcort tm tablet twice a day for 10 days. But after 3 days I had noticed that I am not able to ejacuate after hsving orgasm. Is this due to defcort, is this normsl, ehn I will be able to ejacuate back... Pls help me

I have been advised to take one tab daily at night for a week. I have stone problem in my urinal track. Stone size are 3-4 mm. I am doctor by profession, I was informed that tab Defcort T M is useful for pushing out uretric stone of the size up to 8 mm. small size of stone is seen in my right kidney,doctor has asked me to take this tab for fifteen days,need your advise
