Reason being is that possible dangers to the fetus have been accounted (at least in animal studies so far as I know). Because of this I would encourage you to discuss this with your physician prior to use, or if you are preparing to get pregnant. Often times in situations where the mother is pregnant and has to take a medication, it may come down to weighing out the risks versus benefits. I've been taking Seroquel for 4 years (150mg before bed) and my husband and I want to try to get pregnant in about 6 months. I am willing to try to get off of it completely before I get preganant but i'm terrified of what will happen to me (mentally)and if the risidual seroquel in my body will effect baby. ## Have you talked to an ObGyn about it? They would really be the most knowledgeable about advising you in this matter. It can be very difficult to know how long the effects may last in the body and whether or not there will be danger to a developing baby, but they should have more information on it. They can also advise you on what's safest for you to use while trying to get pregnant and while you are pregnant.

I have taken P-Sesq 3 times a day during my pregnancy and I am more than 16 weeks pregnant. I was recommended by the dr to take it once daily for 7 days. I am taking it with Onset, as Onset was recommended for 3 times a day as well. So by mistake I took P-Sesq three times a day. So is it risky or dangerous or does it have any side effect?
