I have pills that are 14 months old,are they safe to take? Can not get to a doctor for a new prescription. ## Being that the pill is over a year old, I'm assuming it is passed its expiration date. When it comes to drugs and other medication I believe it is best to not take any chances with the past expiration date. They may still be ok to take if they haven't been exposed to a high amount of heat or various other conditions outside of the bottle, however I am not a pharmacist or MD, so I cannot guarantee if it is safe for you to consume. There is still a high likelihood that it lost some of its potency and may be ineffective to the point where it could harm your body. Found this next to my gf bed. She has no anxiety issues I'm aware of.she does have constant stomach pain ( burning if the lower intestine feeling) on the reg. Minor bipolar has always been a question with her temper during periods of sleep or alcohol induced activities. Trazodone was prescribed for sleep. I am suppose to take 2 at bedtime. This pill has Dan on one side & 5599 on the other. It is a round white pill. I just received my 3 months supply from Medco. These pills are a white round tablet w/ Barr on one side and 555/490 on the other.
