Will Lorcet and Lortab show up separately (aka differently) on a urine drug test? ## Both of the medications you named contain Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, so they would both be detected as Hydrocodone on a urine drug screen. This is a narcotic pain reliever and may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth.
