what color and does it have codiene in it ## From what I was able to gather Coldcough Pd Syrup is purple, grape syrup. Coldcough also contains a Decongestant, Narcotic Antitussive, and Antihistamine. Do you have any more questions or informaiton to add? Please post back if you do.

My child is 3 months old ...my doctor prescribed him phenzee syrup for common cold ....i read the information about the syrup that it should be given for 2yrs and above baby ... He sweats alot and sleeps alot....and now when i have stopped giving him he is vomitting and have loose motion ...pls help me and give me the right suggesstion ..

If your son is dealing with a cough or nasal congestion, I recommend giving him a hot bath or using a humidifier in his room... the steam may help to loosen up the cough and clear the airways. If the symptoms persist or worsen and giving him the medication is your only option, then I suppose it would be best to follow your doctor's advice and give your baby the dose that your doctor prescribed.
