Ok I have been taking suboxone film for a while now an I want to know is it ok to take a suboxone pill I heard they are the same but I'm still sceptical would I be able to take in same day or would I have to wait ## Hello, Mandy! I got a white pill it's suppose to b a suboxen 10mg it has on one side 155 and the other side it has a D is it a suboxen my brothers comming off methadone he hasn't had ne methadone in 2wks want to b sure this is a sub so he can feel better ## Yeah that's a generic brand suboxone. There is no 10mg suboxone though. It is 8mg suboxone and 2mg naloxone. The imprint on the front side isn't a D, it's a crescent moon, the logo of the manufacturer. I hope this helps!

I was given a fairly large white round pill that seems to be coated. On one side is a large g and the other sife has numbers, it broke so i can only make out a 1 at the bottom. Does anyone know if there is a difference between the 5721 & 155? I have been on 155s & just recently got switched to 5721 due to my pharmacy. Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, generics are allowed to differ from the name brand, in the amount of the active ingredients, by as much as plus or minus 20% and they do not have to measure against each other, only the name brand. Thus one generic could be lower in the amount of the active ingredients and one could be higher, which could explain you symptoms. However, since the differences are usually very slight, your body tends to adjust in a week, or two. Are you doing any better, yet?

Does anyone know when a generic suboxone will be available ## Suboxone first received FDA approval in 2002 and the exclusivity patent will run out on August 30, 2013, but the doesn't necessarily mean that a generic will become available at that time. I have what i was told was suboxone, the white ones with 155 on it which i have never taken before, but i looked it up and they do exist. But i see no marks or numbers at all. My message is for the person who was saying something about other companies not making suboxone because the first company has the rights to making it exclusively. While it is true for a period of I believe somewhere between 3 -7 years after it hits the market, suboxone has been around long enough that other companies can now make the same medicine and be in direct competition with the makers of the original suboxone. And there are several different generic suboxone makers now. It's big business and big money to these corporations that those of us dependent on the drug remain hooked just as we were our drug of choice. What is the best way to take the 155 crescent moon suboxone? Sublingually? Intransally? As a suppository? And how long if sublingually taken do you feel the effects? ## Orally is the best way, been on them for 9 years!! Does the Company Actavis Elizabeth LLC offer any discounts or copay like the brand name Suboxon strips do?. My pharmacy just recently switched brands and the pharmacy doesn't accept my insurance either! Ok I was on subutex an now supposedly a state law n Tn that they can only prescribe tex to pregnant or nursing women. I now am prescribed suboxone tabs and many pharmacies turned me down even though they were on my list from the dr. So I went to Wal-Mart where I had been going and they had to order the tabs. Its a generic suboxone best taken sublingualy (let dissolve under tounge) in my opinion its not as potent as the generic subutex that im prescribed but on the plus side its not as easy to abuse. If anyone knows if this is more affordable than the Gen subutex (8mg str8 buprenorphine) please reply ..
