I was on lexamil. It went well on the medication. my dr advise me the better option for biopoler depression is cymgen30 because it helps with neoro pains that i get in my neck. I also have twitching of the neck when i het stressed. my neck pain is better. but my only complain is that i have a extremely craving for food. when i was very depressed i did not eat much. i dont like putting on weight. will the cravings for food go away or is it better to ask the dr if i can go back on lexamil., thanx ## How long have you been taking it? Hi I am on this tablet for more than a month. Within the first week I came out in hives and dr put me on 30mg for 4 days then back to 60mg. Hives stayed away. For 2 weeks now I have had NO energy and muscle stiffness in my arms and now it is going to my legs. All I want to do is sleep and have not been to work this whole week because I do not have energy to get up in morning. I take my pill in the morning as prescribed by my dr. My back is starting to stiffen up and my neck feels as if it could snap off at any time. I have never felt so overwhelmed in my whole life and as sick as this. Witch time of the day is the beste to take Cymgen 30mg. ## I want to know of I can drink Cymgem in the evening? ## What have your respective doctors advised? Did they suggest any specific times of day? Most people do take such medications in the morning, so it is active in their bodies during their most active times of day, to help keep their symptoms under control. However, in some cases where someone experiences a lot of drowsiness from it, they may have to switch to a nighttime dosing schedule.

I have been on Cymgen 30mg for almost 3 weeks. Day 2 to 7 were terrible with a racy heart and chills and then sweaty. I felt totally wired. That has all settled but I keep on doing weird stuff with my mouth and tongue and my mouth is super sore from contact with my teeth and tongue. I can't seem to stop it and have to consciously swallow my saliva each time. What to do? Hello all. I weaned off and stopped Cymgen (60mg to 30mg) for about a year. I started on Cymgen again (new medication did not help at all with anxiety and panic) but it doesn't help nearly as much as it initially did. Am I resistant to it now? Should I try a generic? Or do I have to look for another drug altogether? ## What dose are you currently taking? I live in South Africa and started using Cymgen about 3 years ago. I was on 30mg once a day. After deciding that the medication didn't help me, I decided to quit cold turkey. The only withdrawal symptoms I experienced was the dizziness and vertigo. But it was really bad. I started taking it again after a week. I decided to research this and found that antioxidants is supposed to reduce the withdrawal. So I started taking PROCYDIN* (don't know if this is available worldwide) with the Cymgen for about 2 weeks. Then when my Cymgen was finished I continued to take the Procydin only. I was taking 30mg of Cymgen per day over a period of approx one year. Three months ago I had a small meltdown and my doctor doubled the dose. After speaking to him a week ago I asked whether I could resume 30mg dose. He agreed. However, since then I am plagued by very vivid nightmares (kidnapping, collapsing houses etc) and weird images. Is this in line with withdrawal? ## Yes. I'm having terrible nightmares too. But i think we have to stick it out.

Good day. I was put onto Cymgen (30mg) on the 19th of Sep 13' due to possible anxiety / panic attacks. (I'm a 34 years old, female). A few months ago I started breaking out in uncontrollable horrible smelling underarm sweats (the more I sweated, the more it would smell and the more self conscious I would feel and then I would sweat even more), I started having heart cramps and chest pains, limbs went numb, I had breathlessness (feeling of someone sitting on your chest) and irregular heart beats. Hi I have been taking Cymgen first 30mg for 2 months and then 60mg after the two months, I have been on the 60mg for 2 months, and I felt like my old self again. I felt positive about my live and much more relaxed, my libido has also appeared again out of nowhere. I have been on Cymgen for 3 months now. First on 60mg in morning and now reduced to 30mg at night. I have started weeing 3-4 times per night although I haven't had anything to drink for hours. I also have a lot of acid. AND Insomnia !! Will it help if I take it in the mornings maybe ? ## Then you will have daytime sleepiness. Get off this drug if you can. I would like to know my daughter as been using Lexamil for 3 years. The doctor subscriped Cymgen to be taken in the evening. She is still using Lexamil in the morning. Is this adviseable. There can be some risks associated with taking the Escitalopram in the Lexamil with the Duloxetine in the Cymgen, such as hyponatremia and serotonin syndrome. I have been on Cymbalta, then changed to the generic Cymgen (30mg) for 8 years. I decided after this amount of time to stop and asked my psychiatrist on ways to do this. FISRT of all, my psychiatrist said that because i was on such a low dose that there will be NO side effects of stopping the drug. My response was to inform her that on days i have missed taking my meds i have severe head zaps and couldn't manage just stopping (Cold Turkey) if that was the case. Hi, I am 47 years of age , male and have anxiety disorder. I have been using Remeron 30mg for almost a year and a half with mild effect.
