My 11 y/o is on Adderall and when I went to CVS the other day, was told they don't have any. I have called two other pharmacies to find out they don't have it either. This happened a couple of years ago and we couldn't get any for weeks. It seems there is no recourse or way around this problem, and it is shocking that no one (Dr, pharmacy, pharmaceuticals) seems to be in touch with this issue of how it affects the patient when all of a sudden they do not have their medication. The body should be weaned slowly and an abrupt discontinuation can really affect the patient. We try to not give him Adderall one or two days over weekends whenever possible, and then store the extra. In our case, we are lucky at this time that we have some back-up! One CVS here in Orlando, FL just tol...

My Rite Aid closed so I had my medicine filled at CVS in Arizona. Found out they haven't sold Soma in a few years. Safeway told me a year. Yet Kroger & Walmart sell it. I've just lost 6 months worth. I'm sure my Doctor will help me when I return in a few weeks. I miss Rite Aid already, they were very nice, and sold Soma! ## Hey Eddy! Sorry to hear that! I get mine from CVS here in Texas? ## Thank you Sandra, I called and asked CVS how I could transfer my prescription to WalMart. The answer was you can't ## A big thank you to Walmart, a store that I have hardly used. They had to order my amount, 270 for a 3 month supply, I can't believe the price, $2.27. I was paying over $20 at Rite Aid, the retail price is $137 without any discounts. I knew Rite Aid was overchar...

Pharmacy says it won't work on the free trial. What can I do? It's 125.00 for 14 days ## Can you try another pharmacy or another CVS store ? ## What pharmacy does the free trial, or is their away to get a coupon. I may have to switch to another pill that's not extremely high ## Aj, you have to get a coupon from the manufacturer. Pharmacys don't just give the meds to you without a script and a coupon from the manufacturer. Who told you that there was a Free Trial for this med? Some manufacturers have criteria that you must also meet, like you must prove that you are low income and have no insurance that will cover it.

Do you know one of the 50 million americans with arthritis? Do you know someone living with painful injuries from an accident? CVS Pharmacy is refusing to fill prescriptions from certain Florida pain doctors. If they can't fill all of my family's prescriptions then they will fill none of them. Nor will I shop at their stores. Join me is sending a message to CVS that pain medications are necessary for many Americans to have some quality of life. We did not choose these conditions or injuries and we do not have a choice to take or not take pain medications. If you or someone you love has chronic pain, then you undetstand the need for these prescription medications to be available and filled. Speak now. Looks like a large tums, but not sure ## That's a generic Tums, 1000mg calcium carbonate, sold by CVS and other drug stores as the house brand. ## TC is correct. It is a generic for Tums. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and dry mouth. I have a bottle of them in our bathroom, since I suffer from GERD. Are there any questions?

Atenolol 25mg marked Z & 65 is no longer supplied by CVS. Label say Mfr.: M'Ckrodt Spec not available @ Walgreen nor Rite Aid. What drug store selling this now? ## i just pick up my fist persciption atenolol 25 mg from cvs with z-65 on it. are these pill still good. ## If you just picked them up fresh, then they are fine. They just might still have had a stock left, and haven't had to open the new supply, yet. As to who else may be carrying it, unfortunately, there is no way to know, the only thing you can do is check with your local pharmacies. Losartan is used to treat high blood pressure, and some cardiac conditions. Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. What other manufacturers product have you tried?

For convenience I had my script for 30 mg Adderall filled @ target instead CVS. When I opened the bottle I immediately noticed it was physically different but was not concerned because Drug stores switch generics for several reasons such as cost and availability. After taking my first dose I noticed after 2-3 hrs. that I was not getting any noticeable or same response that I was accustomed to for my ADHD (combined) and depression! So I took a closer look at the pill and noticed it looked smaller and it had a #28 on it. This and the fact I was not getting the usual response (been taking for 20 yrs.) disturbed me enough to call Target to double check w/them to make sure that it might have been a mistake. Target said that they had switched recently but assured me it was the identical medic...

where can I buy this vitamins in US? they send them to me from the Philippines for my husband, to increase his appetite and it works good for him,and which Drug store will I go? CVS Pharmacy , Walgreen or Rite Aid Pharmacy? ## You won't find this specific brand name in any U.S. pharmacy. There are, however, many similar supplement products on the market that contain B vitamins, so you may want to just take the package to a store and ask the pharmacist if they can help you find something comparable. It also may be easier to find the specific formulation and potency at a shop the specializes in vitamins and nutritional products. We moved from Connecticut down to Florida, with medical charts in hand. We were told in Connecticut that we could go into any CVS/Walgreens stores to refill prescriptions, as it's a universal drug store. Now, I know the Duragesic Patch cannot be refilled through the system and must be handwritten and handed to the pharmacist. We complied with those rules (Florida having many!). We went to CVS, they looked up my mother's record and saw that she indeed has the Duragesic Patch. I handed them the script and it took them 10 long days to get it in. We then decided after that experience we would use Walgreens down the road from our home. We went in, explained the experience we had with CVS, they rolled their eyes and told us it would only take 3 days at the most with them. So, when it ...

400 mgm tab 180 ## You can find ibuprofen 400 mg tabs for around $40 dollars for 200 of them. I don't know if it will be the generic or possibly Motrin. But it's best to check at your local Walgreens, CVS, or other drug store. I'm pretty certain even stores like Walmart sell Ibuprofen for cheap. Please post back if you have any other questions about this.

I would like to know if anyone has used this and their opinion. I am also looking for a store that sells this product. ## Contac Allergy/Sinus Day medication contains Dextromethorphan + Acetaminophen (APAP). Both of these ingredients can be found over-the-counter at your local drug store (Walgreens, CVS, etc). I personally haven't used this medication, but I do highly recommend trying out raw local honey if you do suffer from bad seasonal allergies. Eating raw local honey can actually relieve seasonal allergies. It is said to work much like an allergy shot in that it exposes you to small amounts of allergens to help your body build immunity to the allergens. When bees pollinate to make honey, they bring back allergens from the flowers, trees, and other plants. This leaves small trac...

I HAVE DARK PINK "AMBIEN" OVAL PILLS MARKED 5 mg. I HAVE HAD LIGHT PINK IN THE PAST. IS THE DARK PINK ONE THE SAME? ## can I cut the above in half? ## Hi marcie, If you got your Ambien pills from a "legitimate" drug store like CVS, Rite Aid, or Walgreens, there shouldn't be much, if any discrepancy between batches of pills from a particular manufacturer. However, it's not uncommon for some manufacturers to change the color of a pill at their own discretion without any prior notice. To answer your other question, a score line (divit) usually indicates whether or not you can cut a tablet in half. Without that, I probably wouldn't suggest doing anything to alter it - unless your doctor says otherwise. Do you notice any difference at all in how the dark pink tabl...

I purchased the Generic of Aleve at CVS and it is labeled the same way. It is Naproxen sodium. ## Based on the description provided, I can confirm your pill to be Naproxen sodium (220 mg). Aleve is just another by product/trade name of Naproxen. I'm pretty sure the stores just package up any left over pills and in most cases they are the same exact pill with a different brand name. Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug commonly used for the reduction of moderate to severe pain, fever, inflammation and stiffness. For more information about this drug, please refer to the link below... If you have any more questions or concerns, please post back and I will be happy to help you.

If you have just been calling the pharmacies, you are not likely to get a straight and accurate answer. Due to the extremely high risk of theft, phone calls requesting any controlled substances usually just result in your being told that they do not have any in, or do not carry them, at all. They have no way of knowing if the person on the phone is a legitimate customer, or a potential thief.
