Yes I have. but they are in california. there are four of them that have started a co-op of sorts. They have come together to help us in pain and they belive that opiates are the only way to control intrctable pain. I just realized cpro triggered my leg/hand muscle weekness, peripheal neuroapthy last June 2010. I was hospitalized, doctors never put 2 and 2 together, said I had Atoxia. They new I was treated for a UTI a few weeks earlier. I have never recovered, have trouble walking and just 2 weeks ago I had another UTI they gave me CIPRO 500 - again and unfortunately that is how I just figured out what happened. Fever started 1 week after femor neck surgery. Elevated levels of ESR (above 100)and CPR(above 23). Doctor rules out osteomyelitis. Put on ant biotics by GP. Fever has not come down substantially after 3 weeks of treatment.Chill and fever starts in the afternoon after lunch and continues throught night. Doctor asking us to wait and continue. My child has been given 5 ml daily dose of azithral for next 5 day as he got throat infection and his cpr is very high. Doctor also gave augmentin syp to fight blood infection ## These are antibiotics that are used to treat bacterial infections and he should be given them according to the doctor's instructions. The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with?

Have been bedridden most of the time with muscle toxicity due to Levaquin! Recently have extreme pain in my left knee with great knee replacements over 20 years ago and still in good shape! My husband was prescribed oxycodone and morphine sulfate for daily use after an accident that resulted in incomplete quadriplegia. Over the course of four months, the EMT's were here six times to address opiate overdose. After more strenuous physical therapy sessions, he would become completely gray in pallor and we could not wake him up. Twice he stopped breathing prior to help arriving. My inlaw who is 54years has been suffering from lung infection and breathing problem. She was under the treatment of a Pulmonologist. Six days before she was administered the tablets defcort 12 and Forecox along with her earlier prescription of the pulmonologist.
