Hi! Im 22y.o, 5'8 in ht., and my wt. is 118 to 120lbs. I think I am an ectomorph. I want to gain 20 lbs or more. And since I have no time for gym I decided to take vitamins like Conzace together with Vitamin B Complex (a generic one) to increase my appetite. Vitamins ## is it good to take conzace multivitamins and diane-35 pill at the same time? ## There are no problems that I'm aware of between taking a multivitamin and oral contraceptives, but it's best to check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain. From what I can tell, if the vitamins are strong, you may experience more nausea than usual if you take them together. If that happens, it would likely be best to take them with a small meal, or separate them by a few hours. Is there anything else I can help with?

I'm 40 y/o now. My Gynecologist prescribed me with conzace cap H3O. I had my surgery for endemetriosis and mioma last June 3, 2008. What are the good and bad side effects of Conzace cap H3O? ## I was unable to find any information regarding Conzace, since it is not manufactured in the US. They are made in the Philippines, and are vitamins used a dietary supplements, and not drugs. Since these are vitamins, it is hard to determine the side effects. Everyone reacts differently to vitamins, I personally had a bad experience with to much B12. Your medication contains vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Zinc Sulfate. I have been on this for one week, 25mg X twice a day. A few minutes after taking it last night, I started with uncomfortable heart burn. As of almost 11am today, the heartburn is not any better. Anyone have a similar experience? Also, the sensation in my mouth (almost mint like) is really hard on me.
