I am RA patient 68 years age veg male. For long term, I want to know which tablet is safer - Arflur/P (aceclofinac100mg+paracetamol 500mg) or Combiflam (ibuprofen 325mg + paracetamol 500mg) ? wt are the side effects if we take 6 combiflame at a time ## Combiflam contains Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen, so depending on the dosage, yes, taking that many at a time, especially if you add more throughout the day can be seriously harmful. It is very dangerous to exceed 4grams (4000mgs) of Acetaminophen in a day, so if your tablets contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen each, then you are already at 3grams (3000mgs) just taking 6 tablets, so if you add more then you are going over the maximum safe daily amount, Acetaminophen is very dangerous in large quantities, it can cause severe organ damage and death. ## i want to die. so please let me know hiw many combiflam can i take?? ## I took 5 combiflam tablets in one go..i am 14. Can the two be mixed ? If yes what is the max dosage? ## Hi, Hinna! How are you? Hi, I'm 20 years old and I want to know, does Combiflam cause any damage to the kidneys? My mom always scolds me for taking this tablet. I often use this tablet for pain relief, such as for backaches, headaches, and stomachaches, etc. I consume 5-6 tablets in a month.
