I have been taking it for one year and am addicted to it. I'm getting hot & cold legs, sometimes a tingling sensation and muscle stiffness. I want to stop taking zolfresh. What is the best way to do this? ## It would be best to taper it slowly, after being on it for so long, though you may still experience some nervousness, irritability, and insomnia, according to the NIH. Are you on any other medications? What dosage of Zolfresh have you been taking? ## I have been taking zolfresh 5 mg and now it has gone up to 20 mg and i want to slowly taper off. It's been a while and now i feel like i have to stop taking it and start fresh.

What can I take for a cold with Belviq everything I've read is not given any information about anything for a cold except for Mucinex and you're not supposed to take that so I need to know what I can take over the counter ## Hi Darla, I realize you posted this back in March, so I hope you've gotten around to feeling better! Did you end up finding anything to take alongside Belviq for that cold? ...I was going to suggest looking into various types of essential oils (such as oregano, tea tree, ginger, lemon, lavender, etc.); tea & honey; and a diet rich in fresh organic fruits/veggies. Should you ever have one of those ongoing/annoying coughs that tickle your throat, I find that 1-2 drops of lavender oil (taken at least a few times throughout the day) in a small glass of w...

I am fresh off a 3 year opiate ride and to be quite honest I am the most weak and tired than I have ever been. The anxiety is killing me. All I want is a couple roxy and some morphine 60's. Before today I was up to about 12 roxy 30's and 10 morph 60's. I am quitting cold turkey and also quiting for the first time. I've heard this will absolutely not work and I will be a junkie again within a day. My friend gave me a handful of xanax, Nuvigil, and Naproxin. If any of you have experiences similar to mine please let me know if I can beat this with what I've been given for help being: Xan, Nuvigil, and Naproxin? I really dont want this life anymore. Everything I get asked to do like go to the movies, go out of state, or just hang for a couple hours all depends on whether...

I have used terramicina cream in the past for lip blisters, and found it to be really soothing and quickly healed with this treatment. Recently I tried to buy a fresh tube, and the pharmacy said I would be better using another product for cold sores. I did, and it did not work. When I say lip blisters, they are really painful and multiply very fast, and the terramicina cream is very soothing. Is it safe to use for this purpose? ## Hello, Maureen! How are you? Is it safe to use, technically yes, as long as your doctor approves. It is an antibiotic ointment, so it may be soothing to use on cold sores. However, you do have to be cautious about overusing any antibiotic products. However, it is not going to shorten their duration or prevent future outbreaks. If you consult your doctor, they ...

Been on 20 mg of methadone for six years. How long will it take to get out of my system? Thanks in advance. ## This is only intended to be an estimate, but most medications are usually out of your system within about 5 days after your last dose. And usually for drugs like this, the safest way to stop taking them is to taper off them under a doctor's supervision, if possible. So if you end up tapering, (which may be appropriate based on your description), then it will probably take a while longer before you can have your 'last dose' of methadone. Cold-turkeying just doesn't sound feasible after six years on any medication. Eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, staying hydrated throughout the day, and getting plenty of rest each night, will significantly aid your b...
