anxiety medication ## i take this medication for 5 years and now i am good and i feel very good i want to know if my anxiety going to startet again or not ## It really depends on the individual. Have you fixed or dealt with the things in your life that were causing your anxiety? If not, then it will more than likely return. This drug is also not something you should stop taking abruptly, your body gets used to having it and you can experience withdrawal effects if you suddenly stop taking it. ...

I have been taking 2 Clonazepam for 15 years for panic attacks. I talked to a psychiatrist who wanted me to get away from using it every day. He said to wean off of it by tapering to 1/day for one week, then 1/2 for one week, and then I should be no longer dependent on it every day. I tried it, and it was a good feeling to not have to take it daily. Now I just try to take it as needed, and it works much more effectively. ## I HAVE BEEN TAKING CLONAZEPAM 2MG AND ESCITELAPORM 30 MG TABLES FOR LAST SIX MONTHS.I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM OCD SINCE 1999.I TOOK MANY MEDICINE E.G. If you were to over dose on clonazepam could you actually die from it? ## Yes! You can pretty well overdose on anything and die from it. ## If an overdose is suspected, get medical attention quickly. Likely, the first side effects will be over-sedation and trouble breathing. Try to find a doctor or hospital that will administer Anexate® (Flumazenil). This is a benzodiazepine antagonist (blocker). All benzodiazepines will be blocked by this antidote. ...

I have been diagnosed since age 23, with bipolar disorder, mood disorder, depression, and major anxiety. I'm 54 now. I have a new pysch doctor, due to old doc not taking my insurance. The new doc I seen last month, put me on 0.5mg clonazepam, twice a day, trileptal, trazadone, and paxil. Why would I still be having anxiety issues, and still having frequent panic attacks? It seems miday, and middle of night, I get hit the worst. The trazadone 100mg help me sleep at first, but now can't fall asleep until 4 or 5am,and again only getting 3 or4 hours of sleep again. The trileptal and paxil seems to work ok now, after building up in system, but probably need some re adjustments. Would like your thoughts, comment, or experiences. Also, is anyone else on this combo? Thank you very much. ... ...

What's the difference between clonazepam ip and regular clonazepam tablets any difference in potency ## No, some places just list the initials for the chemical salt it is derived from, however, aside from the slight allowable fluctuations in generic medications, Clonazepam is Clonazepam and one will be as potent and effective as any other. This medication may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, irritability and headache. Are there any other questions? ...

They only feel half as strong as they should be. I still shake after taking the 1mg pill twice a day. Is sandoz a better generic? I can get those? I am now taking blue c1 clonazepam that aren't scored and don't work. ## Hi . I been on klonopin one milligram for 7 months now. I normally get green pills that say teva on them. I went to Wal-Mart yesterday to get my refill and I got the blue klonopin your discribing. Says c1 on em. And they are not right at all. Very weak. And short lasting. My green teeva klonopin lasted 2 to 4 hours varying on how much anxiety I have. These new c1 blue klonopins last about 30 minutes. And it seems like the first ten minutes after taking the pull is just a rush of relaxation. Then the pill fades away drastically. Like I said they last 30 minutes. I... ...

Is it safe to take 4mg of clonazepam and a Tylenol pm ## That's a bit of a high dose of the Clonazepam to take at once, so please be cautious and make sure you only take the amount your doctor has instructed you to use. As to mixing these medications, they both increase sedation, so there's a chance that you may experience more severe side effects than usual, such as the dizziness and drowsiness that can occur. They can be taken together, if your doctor approves, but you need to be sure that you won't be driving, or operating any dangerous machinery. It would be safest to only do so, just when you're going to bed. The FDA also warns that Clonazepam carries the risk of being habit forming. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

Severe depression taking 4 mg of clonazepam with 60 mg of Cymbalta. Also, having had 5 spinal fusions (4 posterior, one anterior), taking 3 to 4 hydrocodone 500 7500 per day. I get very depressed and suicidal. Is this a bad combination? ## It sounds like it's a bad combination for you! Have you discussed it with your doctor? Cymbalta contains the active ingredient Duloxetine, it's an SNRI antidepressant and the Clonazepam is a Benzodiazepine and both of them can backfire, in some people, and have the opposite effect of what they are supposed to do. On top of that, you're adding the narcotic Hydrocodone, which can definitely have depressant effects. ...
