Does Ala Nerve cause allergic reactions? ## My mother who is 93 years old was prescribed Ala-Nerve for peripheral neuropathy but she does not suffer from diabetes, She has experienced severe rashes throughout her body which she attributed to allergy due to weather change (warm-cool changes - we are in the tropics) However after several months of taking 950 mg Ala-Nerve daily, her allergy has become quite severe despite realitively stable weather. She is also taking Lyrica and Neurobion for several years to relieve her postherpetic neuralgia.
