It is Generic for Librax®, (Chlordiazepoxide HCl + Clidinium HBr). It's Strength is 5mg/2.5mg. It is a combination of a benzodiazepine called Chlordiazepoxide Hydrochloride, similar to (Xanax® or Valium®), but also contains an anticholinergic Clidinium Hydrobromide which is used for stomach ulcers, acid reflux, and to relax and slow digestive tissue muscles. The Chlordiazepoxide HCl is an off-white bitter crystalline powder, and also can have an addiction potential, so be careful.
