i m a hyperthyroid patient doctor recommend this capsule why? when i had this capsule daily. acne and pimple come on my face. it means its not suit me or some other reason? when i use 2 avoid this capsule my face become clear. pimple also leave mark on my face. ## I am suffering from left side pain in body since three year..but medicaly not diagnose this problem. ## Plz Dr help me. i consulted a doctor(md,fccp) for symptoms that indicated HYPOYHYROIDISM.the blood report(t3,t4,tsh) was normal.i was prescribed capsules of Mecobalamin Alpha Lipoic Acid and vitamins.why? do i have hypothyroidism? ## Hypothyroidism (an underactive thyroid) is when your thyroid doesn't produce enough hormones. I was experiencing a tremor in both my hands so was prescribed the above medicine. Now I feel very lethargic and weak. Could these capcules be the cause. ## This is a multivitamin/mineral supplement. painkiller tablet for knee pain

I am N Raychaudhuri and 55 yrs old. Recently I am suffering for one month from severe knee pain all the day and cannot sleep..X ray report on knee does not show any abnormality.
