The Evion, Calcimax and Fefol Z are all just nutritional supplements and they are commonly given to pregnant women to ensure that she gets enough nutrients for both herself and the baby. Duvadilan contains Isoxsuprine and it is often given to help increase blood flow to the uterus. Ecosprin contains Aspirin and it is usually given in these cases as a blood thinner.
