2 Topics FoundThis pill has the same logo marking as my Metformin on one side but this one is oval, white and has a C | 40 imprinted on the other side. ## This was most likely Citalopram 40 mg manufactured in Canada by Cobalt pharmaceuticals (which was acquired years ago). DIN: 02248051 "Each oval, white, scored, filmed-coated tablet, marked "C|40" on one side and ">" on the other" Source: CO Citalopram - Web Archive 2008-04-18 It appears that a similarly inscribed tablet is also listed in other countries: "Citalopram Sandoz 40 mg - white, oval, biconvex film-coated tablets with a score notch on one side, and embossed C 40."
