I'm taking By mycin 100mg twice a day for ten days only on day one and have heartburn can I take losec or something similar ## By-Mycin contains the active ingredient Doxycycline, which is an antibiotic used to treat various types of infections. Losec contains the active ingredient Omeprazole and, while you should check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain, I am not finding any problems listed between using them together. Most of the antacid warnings pertain to calcium based ones, because it can interfere with the absorption of some medications. Is there anything else I can help with?

I started on by-mycin tablets yesterday having to take two tablets on day one and just one tablet a day for the next six days. By now I have taken three of the tablets and still feel as bad as ever. Can anyone tell me how long I have to be taking these tablets before my infection will start to clear? ## By-Mycin contains the active ingredient Doxycycline, which is an antibiotic that's used to treat infections. After being on it for 24 hours, you shouldn't see any worsening of the infection, but it may take 3 days before you start to see improvement. Learn more By-Mycin details here. If you don't see any improvement after that time, then you may need to try a different antibiotic. How are you feeling now? ## I drank 8 tablets but I think that I'm preignant, should I be wo...

I also preparing my civil service exam is it go 4 me to take vitamins? i mean doer it take me in to drowsy mode or not? tnx ## There are so many different multivitamin brands out on the market, that I wouldn't know which specific one you are referring to (especially when it comes to dosage or ingredients). Do you remember the name of the brand that you previously tried? Additionally, it is important to know that every supplement effects each individual differently, so I would not be able to comment on whether or not taking these vitamin packs will make you feel drowsy. My suggestion is if you do experience any drowsiness, then just consume less of the vitamin packs and get more of your vitamins and miner...
