If it is white and oval, then I think the marking is V 2357 and it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine, commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches. i just need to know what it is ## I believe the marking you're looking at might be CL 026. Can you please double check and post back? Thanks! If so, this tablet is manufactured by Concord Laboratories and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine. It is most commonly used to treat migraines. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, insomnia and nervousness. ## Another possibility I found has the marking CL 022. This one is manufactured by the same company and they list it as containing 350mgs of Carisoprodol. The FDA classifies this as a muscle relaxant and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Can you see if this matches your tablet?

THIS WAS FOUND IN MY SONS ROOM. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IT IS FOR. THE IL IS IN A TRIANGLE. THIS IS A WHITE OVAL CAPLET THAT IS SCORED. THE OTHER SIDE HAS THE NUMBER 3657. I took these capsules, these were told by pham. that they are the same ingredients as foinal w/codine.
