A little spotting today (thursday) and i think im going to have my period. Im on the 4th day of blue pills (3rd week) My question is do i still need to take or finish the 7 white pills or i can start on the next pack which is sunday? ## Hello, Cutie! How are you? Missed first blue starting second pack

I'm starting my second package of loloestrin... i took the first month without missing any pill and had something like a period on the second week of using the pills and i Had a light period when taking the brown pills... The thing is that i missed first pill of the second package a blue pill which i was supposed to take yesterday.. So what now? What happens when you skip the first pill inbetween packages? Will birth control work for the rest of the month or could i end up pregnant... I started taking my pack the sunday after my period like i was instructed by my Dr. I've had 19 days between cycles I started this morning but have 5 active pills left, do i continue to take the blue pills eventhough i've started or do i jump to the white/inactive pills? ## Hello, Chelsie! I started my cycle when I only had 2 pills left.. I been on sprintec for a full year and this is the first time this has happened.. I just started my first white pill and I usually start my cycle on my 3rd white pill .. do I need to start a new pack? or just keep taking them ## You should just continue taking them as normal, unless your doctor has directed otherwise. I started my pills on Thursday 8/6 and didnt relable the days of weeks. I started right on thursday, now I'm down to taking the white ones. Tri-Sprintec - What if you start while you are taking the blue pills.

I am currently taking Tri-Sprintec. I started my first round this past Tuesday. Today, a week and day later I started my period. My physiccian said it was fine to start the doese before the Sunday and 1st day rule. My question is now that I'm on my period do I keep taking the blue pills (I have 13 left) Or do I start taking the white pills? Thanks! ## You should continue taking the active pills (blue) just as you are and then take the inactive (white) exactly when you are supposed to take them at the end of the pack.
