Blue Oblong Pill With V15 On One Side & A V On Other Is a Extra Strenght Pain Reliever PM from Walgreens. I have a bottle ## Hi Perryntx, I located a similar pill in the drug databases that appears to be identical to your description, except that this pill only has the V15 on one side and is blank on the other. It is oblong/capsule-shaped and blue as well, and is identified as being Acetaminophen PM (acetaminophen 500mg + diphenhydramine 25mg). I just find it strange that your pill has an additional imprint on the back and is possibly regarded as being the same pill. The manufacturer of the pill I located is "New World Imports, Inc". Does that sound familiar?

i was prescribed this medication after i had a total knee replacement. if it is a blue oval with v15 on one side it definately is vicodin es 10ml. my doctor who rarely prescribes pain medication told me that it is very addictive. i was very pleased with the result and feel like it is better than the old lortab 10s. to WF if you found this in your sons room he probably bought it at school or from a friend who stole their parents medication. ## To post a response to someone else's message, you should place your reply right under it and use the submit reply button, otherwise they may not see it. i was told this pill was vicodin,is it???? ## From what I am finding, this is not Vicodin, nor any type of narcotic. This it a generic or store brand of Tylenol PM, containing Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and stomach irritation. I have a pill here that says "AV" on one side, and on the opposite there is only "V15." The 'AV' looks almost like one letter at first glance, but it is indeed an 'A' and a 'V' conjoined. They are light blue, and an oblong shape.. I have found a couple sources that say tylenol pm, and some others that say Vicodin 10 mg... I have no idea and would like to know what it Is I have found. ## I can't find anything with this marking, or something similar in the U.S. prescription drug databases. The Tylenol PM that you mentioned only has the V15 on it and the other side of the tablet is blank, there is no logo or any other marking.
