Supposedly it's for pain, but I'm not too sure. It's a bright blue, oblong pill with a gel coat and has 44 544 on one side and nothing on the other ## per the blister pack: "Each caplet contains: Acetaminophen 325 mg Phenylephrine HCl 5 mg Diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg Mfd. by LNK International, Inc.
