I am taking biotin tablets for the last 4 months. dosage is 5mg. but it doesn't show any improvement in my hair growth. I am staying in hostel for the last 5yrs. before I came here, my hair was thick.. pls anyone suggest me what should I do next? How can I get my thick hair back?

The effect this has on someone else's blood sugar levels may be totally different than yours based on several individual and biological factors.
