Vigor-ACE is a nutritional supplement, it contains:


200mgs of Lecthin, 50mcgs of Selenium, 7,500 IUs Vitamin A, 250mgs of Vitamin C, 100 IUs Vitamin E and 20mgs of Zinc.

That said, it will not really help with fertility, except for the fact that someone who is deficient in these vital nutrients may have trouble getting pregnant or carrying a baby to full term.

my doctor prescribed this vigor ace soft gel,but it's difficult for me to swallow! one capsule, can i slice it into two? if I'd would do that does it affects its potency or it would be ineffective?

Just came out of the hospital after a 10-day confinement for a low risk or mild community acquired pneumonia in my lower left lung. Since my admission in the hospital & until now that i have alteady been discharged for a couple of days, i have been taking Vigor Ace. I am aware of its health benefits. But i'm worried that it might make me fat, like other health supplements, as they tend to enhance one's appetite. Does Vigor Ace have that "fattening" effect that I have been worrying about?

I was read the benifits of this vitamins,..is it ok to try this even if i didnt go to foctor for check up @ didnt presscribe this to me,..if i take this capsule can i or em i going pregnant already,..my husband take this vitamins bcoz the doctor prescribe this to him.
