That 160mgs of Valsartan daily is actually equivalent to 40mgs of Benicar daily. My Dr. recently changed me from Benicar hct 40-25 to Valsartan (?mg). Comparisons seem to be the same mostly, however, I also take Potassium Chloride 20... Can I still combine the medication? I take it in the a.m. I also take Metoprolol succinate 75mg in the evening.
