Can the tablet containing only vitamin b6,b9,b12,c,E,all type of supplements,omega3 fatty acids, minerals, proteins, antioxidants, necessary chemicals, inositol, herbs, trimethyl glycerine,selenium,etc.. at cheaper rate ## Hi Raju, I would like to be of assistance, but I'm not quite sure I understand your question clearly. Are you simply looking for a specific multivitamin (with all those ingredients) at a reasonable price? Judging from personal experience with supplements, I don't think you will be able to find a pill that contains all of those ingredients; but possibly a packet containing at least 3 or more different pills. Some good brand names I know of that contain a good majority of what you mentioned include: Visalus Vipak, Universal Nutrition's Animal Pak, and Beverly Inter...

Can I take 500mg vitamin B12 tablets for a month straight? On one tablet a day, I had a low level of vitamin B12 due to poor absorption. My current level of B12 is around 350 but I still experience numbness in my hands when I sleep on my sides. So I cant sleep on my side. I also tend to forget things sometimes. ## What has your doctor advised? 350 is considered to be in the normal range, which goes from 200 to 900. So, you should consult your doctor, because it really depends on how poor your absorption is, a supplement may be necessary to keep your level in the normal range. However, you do have to be careful, because getting your level to high can also be dangerous. ## Hi Verwon, Thanks for the reply. I should probably take a test before taking vitamin b12 pills. bought B12 at GMC it does not have the lot number or expiration date to know if this bottle is still good or not. ## Hi Isabel, If you recently bought your B12 from 'GNC' without a lot number or expiration date, I would encourage you to go back and check their other bottles to see if they list anything as well. In the event that none of them do, perhaps it would also be a good idea to contact the manufacturer who makes this product directly, by looking up their name online and retrieving the company's contact info that way. If this turns into a dead end, maybe you can get GNC to refund your money for a product that has no expiration details that allow customers to evaluate its long term safety/efficacy. I know stores like Vitamin Shoppe allow customers to make a return/excha...

Is there any sub. for this pill? l-methylfolate w/b6-b12 tablets I am on SS and do not have extra money. My med. d provider does not list this medicine, so I have to pay for it. ## Hello, Cliff! How are you? I'm sorry, but what you've listed is a generic, so it's already cheaper by its very nature and there are no assistant programs for it. However, if you look towards the right of the pages on this site, you'll see a link to a printable pharmacy discount card. It's free to sign up for and may help you save some money on it. Does anyone else have any ideas? The FDA states that some people experience nausea, when taking this supplement, since it's pretty potent.

I had B12 defiiciency. Now it is in d normal range, but just above the lower level. So, in a yr, 3 mths I take COBADEX. Sometimes, I get chest pain. ECG & stress test are normal. In cardiac CT, no calcification & other irregularity observed except 1.5 cm intramyocardial bridging. Dr has said it is OK. No medicine prescribed. Whether I should take ecosprin 75 as pre cautionery measure? ## Ecosprin contains the active ingredient Aspirin and, in such cases, it is often given for its blood thinning abilities. However, if your tests are not showing any major problems, you may not need to use it. Have you asked your doctor's advice? Have they done any tests on your stomach? Can I still administer a Vitamin B12 inj. which expired in July of 2014? ## Hello, Jeanne! How are you? Liquid formulations tend to degrade faster than others and they can also go bad, so there is a risk that using it after the expiration could be harmful. It would be best to see your doctor for a new supply, if it is still required. The only known side effects, listed by the FDA are administration site irritation and soreness. Is there anything else I can help with?

I recently took Cyanocobalamin shot at drs and since then I'm dehydrated and have insomnia increased heart rate and bp. The hospital gave me fluids and sent me home. Did anyone else have this reaction or know how long a shot remains in your system? It's been a week. Hoping for rest soon, I usually have no problem sleeping. It's like I had a hundred red bulls. ## Hello, Melissa! How are you? The insomnia and energy burst can be normal side effects of vitamin B12. Some people even take it just for that reason. The Dehydration, however, is not normal, according to the side effects listed by the FDA. This is a nutrient that is always present in your body, so I can't really give you a time frame. What has your doctor advised? ## Thanks Verwon, my dr never heard of reaction, t...

pharex vitamin b1b6b12 is safety to take this kind of medicine? ## This pill contains Vitamin B1, B6, and B12; it is used as a dietary supplement. Yes, this B vitamin complex is safe to take; but may or may not be 'necessary' to take if you are not deficient in these vitamins. It would probably be wise to get blood work done before taking multivitamins, so you know which ones you might be low on and which ones you have plenty of. More is not always better when it comes to supplements. Hope this helps!
