I was diagnosed having a bells palsy almost 3yrs ago, before giving birth of my first child but then i didnt take any medicines because im breastfeeding..i had facial theraphy for 3months but it was not totally ok. So can i take a tablet of NEUROGEN-E B COMPLEX how many dosage per day since i did consult my doctor yet since im here in taiwan.

pharex vitamin b1b6b12 is safety to take this kind of medicine? ## This pill contains Vitamin B1, B6, and B12; it is used as a dietary supplement. Yes, this B vitamin complex is safe to take; but may or may not be 'necessary' to take if you are not deficient in these vitamins. It would probably be wise to get blood work done before taking multivitamins, so you know which ones you might be low on and which ones you have plenty of. I am a woman of 49 years old and am having pain in the neck, shoulder and my arms for quite some time. The pain is worse in the upper arms and they are numb at night and have a tingling sensation in my feet as well. Am not suffering from diabetes. My fasting blood sugar was 5.4 last time I had a blood test.. My sleep pattern has been very erratic lately. i want to take the vitamins ## B complex vitamins are a nutritional supplement and, unless you take too much, there is no harm in taking them. However, if you are an adult and take a children's dosage, you may not be getting the proper amounts of these vital nutrients. I had a surgery on L3-L4 to remove an extruded disc more than 10 years ago. My doctor didn't prescribe any medication after that. i just gave birth 8 days ago but my feet is still swolen and numb and so with my hands. is this a sign of beriberi? is it safe to take pharex b1, b6, b12 as a temporary remedy for this? since i read in an article that vitamin b1 is good for beriberi.
