I think the pharmacy gave me the wrong pill and now they are closed. My Azithromycin has always been pink not white and this one is white with GGD6 on it. ## Well first off, let me state that when a medication is available for generic production, it is made by many, many different companies and each pill will look different and have a different marking. The color actually means NOTHING. That said, this is, indeed, Azithromycin 250mgs. ## zithromycin comes in many shapes and colors it needs to be verified in the drug books with alll identifiers ggd6 bis not listed anywhere but here and it took me 2 hrs to find something on it

I have a bladder infection. Can I use zertalin azitromicina 250mg to cure it? If so, what dosage? ## According to Medlineplus.gov, Azitromicina (Azithromycin) is used to treat certain bacterial infections (ears, lungs, sinuses, skin, throat, and reproductive organs), including bronchitis, pneumonia and venereal diseases. I, however, did not see any information specifically stating an indication for bladder infections (or UTI's). That said, I think it would be important to consult your prescribing doctor and/or pharmacist just to be sure. It is also your prescribing doctor's duty to inform their patient about what dose to take for best results. Nevertheless, my guess is since its mechanism of action is so broad, bladder infections may not be out of the question. I hope this helps!

I took my daughter to the docters to get a infected finger looked at they gave me amox clav 500mg( she never took them cause finger healed )now she was persribed two days ago azithromycin for sickness 250mg. Diarrhea is a normal side effect of antibiotics, as reported by the FDA. (Pliva lists this tablet as containing 250mgs of Azithromycin.) Other side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and non-allergic skin rash. If you stop taking it, before finishing your course of treatment, you create the risk of your developing antibiotic resistant bacteria and you may not fully eradicate the infection. If the diarrhea is severe, you should consult your doctor to see if they might prescribe an alternative antibiotic. Is there anything else I can help with?

Can two antibiotics be used at the same time? My husband was prescribed Metronidazole 250mg (1pill 3x's a day) and Clindamycin 150mg (2 pills -3x's a day) for a foot infection. ## Those both aren't actually in the same classification. The Clindamycin is an antibiotic, but the Metronidazole is actually an antifungal medications.
