Aurobindo Norco

I have been taking 10/325 norco for many years. A few days ago I received my medication and found it had been replaced with Aurobindo Pharm U03 imprint. They make me feel very ill with a headache nausea and worse they do not take my pain away at all. I also feel very dizzy. How has the FDA approved this Indian company? Has anyone else had a problem with the U03 10/325 hydrocodone. Im frightened to take them but need pain relief. ## Yes, your pharmacy couldn't dispense it to you, if it weren't FDA approved. But there can be fluctuations from one generic medication to another, or when going from the name brand to a generic. That means this one may be slightly lower in the amount of the active ingredients, so it may not work as well for you as the other one did. Usually, the fluctu... ...

According to a website I found that lists gluten free medications, the Metformin manufactured by Teva is gluten free. However, I am not finding anything listed for the Valsartan/HCTZ, so you may need to ask your doctor about prescribing an alternative. Curious. Rx filled for Percocet 7.5 365 for shoulder surgery. The only something I got was severe gas. Very small amount of relief. Seldom take pain medz. Called RiteAide, advised this is only generic medz allowed by my plan type. However, generic medz can be as effective, depending on manufacturer. Further research entailed corporation is in India. WTF! Is it more dangerous to give authentic medication which has greater addictive properties or give cheaper similar medz from abroad which may inadvertently kill you just because the USA pharma industry wants cheap for higher profit margin. Canadian medz banned (online) to be replaced with whatevers for India? Have we lost our minds these Corporate suits profit over health. . ## Hello, Helena! How are you doing? Aurobindo Adderall

The worst. Don't get it filled ## 100% agreed!!!! I have been on Adderall generic IR since January 2014. Always filled @ CVS. All previous scripts were manufactured by TEVA. (Large football shaped, orange, sweet tasting & 30mg.) They worked great!!!! Until this past Wednesday (Aug 19th, 2014) I went to pick up my script as usual and didn't think anything of it until the next morning when I had to take one. It wasn't the same shape or taste. (This one was round, orange and a chalky bitter taste.) So I took my usual dosage and Bam Nothing happened, I was like WTF!!!! So I looked at the bottle and this new script was manufactured by Aurobindo. This pill does nothing! I've taken 4 pills total and am calling the pharmacy ASAP.... Just started taking losartan 1/2 pill 12.5mg by a new manufacturer AuRobindo and I cannot stop coughing. I stopped them 2 days ago and still have a lingering cough. ## Hello, Snookie! How are you doing? Has there been any change? That can be a normal side effect of this medication, according to FDA reports. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, and increased urination. If you need to take a medication like this for high blood pressure, or a cardiac condition, however, it would be best to see your doctor about trying a different one. ## Thanks, I really hate the medication, I've gained weight and have low energy. My heart doesn't pump hard enough I've been thinking about talking to the Dr about a pacemaker. We'll see what he thinks about that. ...

I've been on percocet 10-325 for about a yr for my back. It was working pretty good until the pharmacies started using this Mfg. out of India. What is happening? These don't take care of the pain and I get nothing but gas and diarrhea. What are they putting in our drugs now? Guess I'll have to go to the FDA. Something has to be done. I hear nothing but bad things. Help. ## Just noticed my new prescription from KP had this new lab on the bottle (AUROBINDO). Aurobindo Tylenol #4

Prescription filled by various companies. Last was Teva , excellent results, can cut in half, works. Now Aurobindo, can take whole tab, something I have never done, it does nothing. No pain relief at all. Grateful still have some Teva to cut up. Looks like hip replacement needs replacing. Understand high failure. ## What are the markings on the tablet you are having a problem with? Sometimes the manufacturer listed on the bottle is just a licensed distributor, not the company that actually made the medication. Can you please post back and clarify? The FDA lists this medication as containing Acetaminophen, and Codeine. They warn that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. ...

It is a white oval pill with A on one side and 07 on the other. Please help... ## Hello, Linda! How are you? Many medications do have a funny smell, but some manufacturers use a coating to prevent people from smelling it. As to the gluten, Aurobindo does use corn starch in this tablet, so there is a chance that it may be contaminated with gluten, if the plant the processed the corn starch also does wheat products. Does gluten usually give you headaches? aurobindo hydrocodone

Actually I have been taking them for about 9 months after the Watson (Norco) sold the company and made changes to their medication, they claim all they did was remove the yellow dye! BS the medication sucks, it's useless! On to aurobindo, they have worked for the last months as a good replacement however my latest refill, they are horrible, ineffective with headaches, I am guessing greed stepped in and the company made some changes, because these too are now useless! They will learn an expensive lesson as others will turn away from them as I now will. For some reason the pharm industry has less concern for the patient "customer" than any other, they think they can do as they please. ## @webhead, I agree with what you said about the pharmaceutical industry expressing less con... ...

Just got my Metformin 850 mg refilled and received Aurobindo Pharmacy round white pill with an A on one side and 13 on the other side. I take them in the evening at bedtime and in the morning my glucose is almost as high as it was in the evening! That is not normal for me as my reading in the morning should be way lower! ## Hello, Arnie! How are you doing? My first question is why are you taking it at night? This medication usually needs to be taken during the day, just before a meal, that way it is in your body to work to lower your blood sugar after eating throughout the day. If you're taking it at night, when you aren't eating anything and waking up with a high sugar level, it's most likely that your sugar is dropping too low, while you are sleeping, so your body is stati... ...

I JUST UPGRADED FROM 5MG OF OXYCODONE TO 10MG OF OXYCODONE (BRAND AUROBINDO). I CUT THE PILL IN HALF TO START SLOW. I DID NOT FEEL PAIN RELIEF BUT IT REALLY MADE ME SICK. IS IT REALLY 10 MG CONTENT? ## REPLYING TO MYSELF, I MEANT 1/3 OF A U17 AUROBINDO OXYCODONE 10MG. ## Hello, Paula! How are you? Aurobindo lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Percocet. I was prescribed aurobindo pha by my dentist to help my wisdom tooth infection. I won't be getting my wisdom tooth extracted until december, so she gave me this antibiotic to help with the infection. ## Hello, Breaun! How are you? I'm sorry, but Aurobindo is the name of a manufacturer that makes prescription medications, it is not the name of a medication itself. They make many medications. Can you please double check your prescription and post back? If you're not sure which is the name of the antibiotic, just include all the details on the label, leaving off your personal information, of course. The NIH general antibiotic page lists the most common side effects as typically including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. ...

i am starting to get really scared. If these made it past quality control, past the FDA, what about the medicines my parents take? What about my birth control (also generic)? These things are going into my body, every day -- in addition to not working, what if they harm me worse than just bad migraines and dizziness? It is obviously a fake, and I bet none of us will be reimbursed. I am furious! ## Hello, Boop! How are you? I think there are some details you aren't aware. A tablet that doesn't work as well for you as a prior one may very well have passed quality control and not had any problem being approved, because generic medications are allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20% of the active ingredient. In most cases the difference is insignificant... ...
