I have been taking 10/325 norco for many years. A few days ago I received my medication and found it had been replaced with Aurobindo Pharm U03 imprint. They make me feel very ill with a headache nausea and worse they do not take my pain away at all. I also feel very dizzy. How has the FDA approved this Indian company? I need valsartan 320/hct and metformin that are gluten free. Just cannot seem to find a manufacturer that is not gluten free. Pleae help! ## Hello, Nancy! How are you? It has had to meet the same quality and efficacy standards of all the others generic medications available on the U.S. market. Curious. Rx filled for Percocet 7.5 365 for shoulder surgery. The only something I got was severe gas. Very small amount of relief. Seldom take pain medz. Called RiteAide, advised this is only generic medz allowed by my plan type. However, generic medz can be as effective, depending on manufacturer. Further research entailed corporation is in India. The worst. Don't get it filled ## 100% agreed!!!! I have been on Adderall generic IR since January 2014. Always filled @ CVS. All previous scripts were manufactured by TEVA. (Large football shaped, orange, sweet tasting & 30mg.) They worked great!!!! Until this past Wednesday (Aug 19th, 2014) I went to pick up my script as usual and didn't think anything of it until the next morning when I had to take one. It wasn't the same shape or taste. (This one was round, orange and a chalky bitter taste.) So I took my usual dosage and Bam Nothing happened, I was like WTF!!!! Prescription filled by various companies. Last was Teva , excellent results, can cut in half, works. Now Aurobindo, can take whole tab, something I have never done, it does nothing. No pain relief at all. Grateful still have some Teva to cut up. Looks like hip replacement needs replacing. Understand high failure. ## What are the markings on the tablet you are having a problem with? I have been taking two 25mg in Sertraline and now I take one 50mg, I prefer to take two 25mg tablets because taking a 50mg tablet is to much for me to take all at once, but my pharmacist say that they have never given me 25mg in sertraline, but I sure that they have. ## Have you talked to your doctor about writing the prescription as two 25mg tablets, rather than 50mgs? If so, then the pharmacy has to dispense them that way, regardless of what their past records show, so the problem would be eliminated. Just got my Metformin 850 mg refilled and received Aurobindo Pharmacy round white pill with an A on one side and 13 on the other side. I take them in the evening at bedtime and in the morning my glucose is almost as high as it was in the evening! I have taken Alprazolam for months and not had any major problems with its effectiveness. Mylan by far worked the best. But now with Aurobindo brand I feel like I’m taking a "sugar pill". The prescribed dose is 2mg as needed up to 4 times a day. The first day I took all 8 mg, despite not filling them until 5:00 pm. I didn’t sleep that night at all and the next day took just as many, with a tiny slice of relief from my anxiety. Usually I don’t take more than 2.5mg- 3 mg a day.
