I have been taking 10/325 norco for many years. A few days ago I received my medication and found it had been replaced with Aurobindo Pharm U03 imprint. They make me feel very ill with a headache nausea and worse they do not take my pain away at all. I also feel very dizzy. How has the FDA approved this Indian company? Has anyone else had a problem with the U03 10/325 hydrocodone. Im frightened to take them but need pain relief. ## Yes, your pharmacy couldn't dispense it to you, if it weren't FDA approved. But there can be fluctuations from one generic medication to another, or when going from the name brand to a generic. That means this one may be slightly lower in the amount of the active ingredients, so it may not work as well for you as the other one did. Usually, the fluctu...

I need valsartan 320/hct and metformin that are gluten free. Just cannot seem to find a manufacturer that is not gluten free. Pleae help! ## Hello, Nancy! How are you? According to a website I found that lists gluten free medications, the Metformin manufactured by Teva is gluten free. However, I am not finding anything listed for the Valsartan/HCTZ, so you may need to ask your doctor about prescribing an alternative. The FDA lists the typical side effects for Metformin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain and hypoglycemia. The typical side effects for Valsartan/HCTZ may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and dehydration. Do you have celiac disease?

Is it safe from a foreign country? I'm still a little Leary . ## Hello, Rusti! How are you? It has had to meet the same quality and efficacy standards of all the others generic medications available on the U.S. market. This medication is an SSRi antidepressant and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and weight loss. Is there anything else I can help with? ## ok up Arobindo , the were twice dropped by our FDF And have several pages of concerns and failed quality standerds. One big one in the usa the FDA does unannounced inspections in India we give them a 3 month warning and they still have issues with quality control!

Curious. Rx filled for Percocet 7.5 365 for shoulder surgery. The only something I got was severe gas. Very small amount of relief. Seldom take pain medz. Called RiteAide, advised this is only generic medz allowed by my plan type. However, generic medz can be as effective, depending on manufacturer. Further research entailed corporation is in India. WTF! Is it more dangerous to give authentic medication which has greater addictive properties or give cheaper similar medz from abroad which may inadvertently kill you just because the USA pharma industry wants cheap for higher profit margin. Canadian medz banned (online) to be replaced with whatevers for India? Have we lost our minds these Corporate suits profit over health. . ## Hello, Helena! How are you doing? what is this drug used for? ## Hi Pam, I ran a google search and from what I can gather, Aurobindo is actually the name of a pharmaceutical company based in India. Do you have a pill with an "Aurobindo" imprint on it? If so, if you could provide me with me some more detail about the pill, such as: color, shape, markings, etc... I can definitely do my best to identify it for you. Thanks! ## Hello , need to know what else is used for ? Pioglitazone metformin 15- 500 . Aurobindo Pharm . The worst. Don't get it filled ## 100% agreed!!!! I have been on Adderall generic IR since January 2014. Always filled @ CVS. All previous scripts were manufactured by TEVA. (Large football shaped, orange, sweet tasting & 30mg.) They worked great!!!! Until this past Wednesday (Aug 19th, 2014) I went to pick up my script as usual and didn't think anything of it until the next morning when I had to take one. It wasn't the same shape or taste. (This one was round, orange and a chalky bitter taste.) So I took my usual dosage and Bam Nothing happened, I was like WTF!!!! So I looked at the bottle and this new script was manufactured by Aurobindo. This pill does nothing! I've taken 4 pills total and am calling the pharmacy ASAP.... If you hear this pharmaceutical company...

Just started taking losartan 1/2 pill 12.5mg by a new manufacturer AuRobindo and I cannot stop coughing. I stopped them 2 days ago and still have a lingering cough. ## Hello, Snookie! How are you doing? Has there been any change? That can be a normal side effect of this medication, according to FDA reports. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, and increased urination. If you need to take a medication like this for high blood pressure, or a cardiac condition, however, it would be best to see your doctor about trying a different one. ## Thanks, I really hate the medication, I've gained weight and have low energy. My heart doesn't pump hard enough I've been thinking about talking to the Dr about a pacemaker. We'll see what he thinks about that.

I've been on percocet 10-325 for about a yr for my back. It was working pretty good until the pharmacies started using this Mfg. out of India. What is happening? These don't take care of the pain and I get nothing but gas and diarrhea. What are they putting in our drugs now? Guess I'll have to go to the FDA. Something has to be done. I hear nothing but bad things. Help. ## Just noticed my new prescription from KP had this new lab on the bottle (AUROBINDO). After only 3 days I feel worse of my back issues, but on top, I have new issues like headaches, stomach and esophagus pain, gas, feel like crap! My family thought I was drunk crazy! Prescription filled by various companies. Last was Teva , excellent results, can cut in half, works. Now Aurobindo, can take whole tab, something I have never done, it does nothing. No pain relief at all. Grateful still have some Teva to cut up. Looks like hip replacement needs replacing. Understand high failure. ## What are the markings on the tablet you are having a problem with? Sometimes the manufacturer listed on the bottle is just a licensed distributor, not the company that actually made the medication. Can you please post back and clarify? The FDA lists this medication as containing Acetaminophen, and Codeine. They warn that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

Hi, I just switched to CVS and my Citalopram smells funny. I didn't like it from the start and now I am getting headaches. May I ask, is it Gluten free? It is a white oval pill with A on one side and 07 on the other. Please help... ## Hello, Linda! How are you? Many medications do have a funny smell, but some manufacturers use a coating to prevent people from smelling it. As to the gluten, Aurobindo does use corn starch in this tablet, so there is a chance that it may be contaminated with gluten, if the plant the processed the corn starch also does wheat products. Does gluten usually give you headaches? Citalopram is classified by the FDA as an SSRI antidepressant and they lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, weight changes a...

I have been taking two 25mg in Sertraline and now I take one 50mg, I prefer to take two 25mg tablets because taking a 50mg tablet is to much for me to take all at once, but my pharmacist say that they have never given me 25mg in sertraline, but I sure that they have. ## Have you talked to your doctor about writing the prescription as two 25mg tablets, rather than 50mgs? If so, then the pharmacy has to dispense them that way, regardless of what their past records show, so the problem would be eliminated. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Sertraline as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood changes, and weight changes. Ref: Medline Plus Sertraline

Just got my Metformin 850 mg refilled and received Aurobindo Pharmacy round white pill with an A on one side and 13 on the other side. I take them in the evening at bedtime and in the morning my glucose is almost as high as it was in the evening! That is not normal for me as my reading in the morning should be way lower! ## Hello, Arnie! How are you doing? My first question is why are you taking it at night? This medication usually needs to be taken during the day, just before a meal, that way it is in your body to work to lower your blood sugar after eating throughout the day. If you're taking it at night, when you aren't eating anything and waking up with a high sugar level, it's most likely that your sugar is dropping too low, while you are sleeping, so your body is stati...

Hi, I am asking about the Gabapentin that I have been prescribed, made by Aurobindo. The medicine is in a capsule and I need to know if the capsule (casing) is either made with pork, beef or vegetables. Since I am Jewish it's important to me. Thank you. ## What are the markings on it? Sometimes the manufacturer listed is just an authorized distributor, so I cannot provide you with accurate information, until you post back with more details. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and mood changes. Can you please post back and clarify? ## the # on the capsule is. (D02)

I have taken Alprazolam for months and not had any major problems with its effectiveness. Mylan by far worked the best. But now with Aurobindo brand I feel like I’m taking a "sugar pill". The prescribed dose is 2mg as needed up to 4 times a day. The first day I took all 8 mg, despite not filling them until 5:00 pm. I didn’t sleep that night at all and the next day took just as many, with a tiny slice of relief from my anxiety. Usually I don’t take more than 2.5mg- 3 mg a day. I don’t want to have to depend on anything to help me feel “normal”. I filled this drug 03/23/2021. Please tell me, is anyone else going through the same thing?!?!? ## I think their meds are fake. I JUST UPGRADED FROM 5MG OF OXYCODONE TO 10MG OF OXYCODONE (BRAND AUROBINDO). I CUT THE PILL IN HALF TO START SLOW. I DID NOT FEEL PAIN RELIEF BUT IT REALLY MADE ME SICK. I TOOK A THIRD 8 HOURS LATER AND GOT HIGH. I FEEL THAT THIS IS AN UNEVEN PRODUCT. WHAT ARE THE BINDERS IN THIS 10MG AUROBINDO OXYCODONE? IS IT REALLY 10 MG CONTENT? ## REPLYING TO MYSELF, I MEANT 1/3 OF A U17 AUROBINDO OXYCODONE 10MG. ## Hello, Paula! How are you? Aurobindo lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Percocet. The Acetaminophen augments the action of the Oxycodone in some people, so that might explain the problem you had with side effects. I was prescribed aurobindo pha by my dentist to help my wisdom tooth infection. I won't be getting my wisdom tooth extracted until december, so she gave me this antibiotic to help with the infection. ## Hello, Breaun! How are you? I'm sorry, but Aurobindo is the name of a manufacturer that makes prescription medications, it is not the name of a medication itself. They make many medications. Can you please double check your prescription and post back? If you're not sure which is the name of the antibiotic, just include all the details on the label, leaving off your personal information, of course. The NIH general antibiotic page lists the most common side effects as typically including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

i am starting to get really scared. If these made it past quality control, past the FDA, what about the medicines my parents take? What about my birth control (also generic)? These things are going into my body, every day -- in addition to not working, what if they harm me worse than just bad migraines and dizziness? It is obviously a fake, and I bet none of us will be reimbursed. I am furious! ## Hello, Boop! How are you? I think there are some details you aren't aware. A tablet that doesn't work as well for you as a prior one may very well have passed quality control and not had any problem being approved, because generic medications are allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20% of the active ingredient. In most cases the difference is insignificant...
