I found this pill in the back seat of my car and I'm totally baffled at where it came from and what it is... Any ideas? ## Another discussion thread here on this same topic has identified a yellow pill with APO H4 on it as 4mg Hydromorphone - A medication used for moderate to severe pain relief. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as made by APOTEX (based out of Canada) and the DIN (Drug Identification Number) is 02364131. I hope this helps!
