APO Number on the back of the pill 10025 ## Hi Joan, Based on my research, an oval yellow tablet, scored, with "100 25" on one side and "APO" engraved on the other, is identified as Apo-Levocarb from Canada, containing: Levodopa (100mg) + Carbidopa (25mg). DIN (Drug Identification Number): 02195941 Inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium D&C Yellow No. 10 Aluminum Lake magnesium stearate microcrystalline cellulose sorbitol The combination of levodopa and carbidopa is used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's-like symptoms. my Losartan hctz tab 100/25 ap are yellow oval, i just want to make sure they are the right pills ## I can't really provide you with a definitive answer, without knowing the markings on the tablets, since that is what enables us to identify them for you. However, there are several oval, yellow tablets on the market that contain this dosage of Losartan and Hydrochlorthiazide. Some of the markings are: 93 7368 (The 93 may have been changed to the word TEVA) APO 100 25 M43 LU E 49 and there are several others. I have been taking 25/100 carbo levoin a yellow tablet. When I refilled a RX I was given a round pink pill with apo 131 on dthe pill. It doesn't seem to do the job the yellow pillls did ## WHAT IS CARBO LERVO PRECRIBED TO DO? ## APO 131 contains the same medication, however, there can be some differences in generic medications, the variations are slight, but some people are sensitive to the slightest deviation. You may wish to speak to your pharmacist and see if you can get the other tablets again, in place of these or talk to your doctor about prescribing with brand being medically necesssary.
