My aunt just received these pills from pharmacy and she wanted to know all side effects before taking medication. ## AN 627 does not contain Methadone or any other narcotic. I've read that It should NOT be taken with methadone because it decreases the effectiveness of the methadone. I've been on both for several years and have not had a problem but if you notice your methadone isn't holding you and you are on Tramadol, say something to your doc.
