I can't stop the diarrhea....please advise how to it... ## Because diarrhea is a common side effect of Amoxicillin, to me it makes sense to stop taking what's causing the issue in the first place, and then opt for another alternative or natural remedy to kill the infection. Eating plenty of bananas may help with the diarrhea temporarily if you're veering towards the end of your Amoxicillin treatment; otherwise I'd suggest looking into the use of Oregano Essential Oil (as it is heavily regarded as being a more potent antibiotic than this drug, minus the side effects). Just something to consider down the road. I hope this bit of info helps! ## Doctor RX'd AMOX TR-K CLV 500-125 mg, 14 pills 2x a day for a reoccuring bladder infection. What are the side effects or problems when using alcohol and dairy products with Amox Tr-K Clv 500-125 mg tabs? ## Hi Robert, Based on my research, there are no drug interactions listed between amoxicillin clavulanate potassium and the use of alcohol or dairy products. So in that regard you should be fine taking the two together in moderation. However, it is equally important to know that these types of drugs can effect each person differently, whereas potential side effects may still arise just from using the medication in and of itself. If you don't know how your body reacts to the combination alcohol and antibiotics, it may be wise to lessen your consumption of it for the duration of your treatment. Sometimes the use of alcohol can increase the drowsiness that is often associated... ...

can taking AMOX TR K CLV 875-125 MG twice a day make one nervious and jumpy? ## Those aren't normal side effects of this antibiotic, but it is difficult to say how any medication will affect any given person. Have you talked to your doctor about it? It just may not be the right medication for you to use. Are you taking anything else, at the same time? ## Some common side effects of Amoxicillin include an upset stomach, vomiting, and diarrhea. Other side effects can include excessive tiredness and a lack of energy. I would imagine that one or more of these symptoms can induce a feeling of anxiety or giddiness if the effects are truly overwhelming. There aren't however any mentions of the drug having side effects of nervousness or jumpiness per say. This doesn't necessarily me... ...
