my family dr.has gven bloodpressure medicine TELSATAN20. and i am taking since 5 years. can i take AMIFRU40,half tablet if TELSATAN20 is continue? ## Since Amifru 40 is a prescription medication, that is actually something that you will need to discuss with your doctor. No one over the internet can possibly know your medical history or how this drug affects you, as well as the benefits or disadvantages that it provides you; especially in combination with another drug. Just out of curiosity, is the Telsatan 20 not working effectively? Maybe ask your doctor about switching medications to Amifru 40. You shouldn't need to take two separate medications for the same cause. That just means one isn't doing its job in my opinion. ## I HAVE HIGH PRESSURE,MY DOCTOR HAS GIVEN IT. EVERYONE G... ...

I have been on Amlace for hypertension and my doctor changed it to Betadrop (a Beta blocker) which was causing swelling in the ankles and ED and to counteract the swelling in ankles he then prescribed Amifru 40 (1/2 tab x 2 a day). This did not reduce swelling much especially when standing or sitting for long periods. My new doctor has just now put me on OLMAX- H 20 mg 1x1 a day and stopped all previous drugs. I still suffer with ED. I am 71 years old, and am perplexed & confused as I read about the adverse affects of these hypertension drugs on the I net. I also have had severe acidity especially i... ...
