sir, i am taking only one 0.25 per day bed time only. If i am not taking this tablet my total sleeping is disturbed and next day i am totally to can"t do the any work mind free. but my question is what is the side effect for this medicine. I am taking this medicine last ten years continuously. i am starting with 1 mg step by step decressed this level. but i am taking some time 0.25 taking fifty percent of the tablet but i am not getting peaceful sleeping. If I take .25 mg of xanax infrequently (ie:less than 1 or 2 per week) what is the incindence of arythmia and other side effects? I have had two instances of irregular heartbeat in the last month and was prescribed this drug for possible anxiety issues concerning these episodes. Once in a while (when I am mentally diturbed) I take Alprazolam 0.25 m (Restyl). Is it safe to take it daily if I want. I get a script of 60 of the 7.5 mgs of tranxene (clorazapate) and I need a doc or a professional in the pharmaceutical to give me a correct answer because my doc doesn't like giving out the really strong benzos and says she's hesitate to up my dosage to 15mgs and the 7.5 don't work I gotta take four or five just to relieve a lil bit so I'm just curious bcuz a zanny Barr usually does the trick sometime two just depends.
