I was on 40 mg of Celexa for about a year when I started getting terrible night sweats - in the winter. I attributed it to a heated mattress pad for a while but nothing seemed to help, so I started researching and found that sweating can be a side effect of the drug. The strange thing is that I didn't have a problem with it until after a year of taking it! Is this possible? I saw my doc who insisted it wasn't the Celexa because I hadn't had the symptom from the beginning, but I started cutting my pills in half anyway, so now I take 20 mg a day. It seemed to help for a while, but now my night sweats are out of control again and it is driving me crazy. Is it possible for the med to build up gradually in the body and cause symptoms much later? ## Hello, Allynchica! How are you?...

Trying to identify a white diamond shaped pill about 1/4 inch long, 3/16 inch thick. One side has the marking TRP on it. What can it be, as it doesn't match and of the descriptions that I've seen? ## I double checked this site's NDC database, and I believe I found an over the counter product which matches your description. NDC 17312-043, "Ring Relief" tablets. Looks like a homeopathic formula which is meant to help with ringing in the ears. White, diamond-shaped tablets with the marking TRP. It appears to be available over the counter from places like Amazon. I new help finding a provider to prescribe Antabuse. I,be never had a prescription. I've had a lot of trouble with alcohol in the past. Presently seperated from my husband and moved home. One of the conditions of living at home is to take ant abuse daily. Help Snellville,GA ## Hello Ally, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Based on my research, Disulfiram, the active in ingredient in Antabuse, is a very potent one and can remain in the body for weeks even after it is taken. The reaction it causes can be very critical... even lethal if the user engages in a substantial binge or there is not a hospital nearby. Further, Antabuse by itself has been shown to have almost no effect on alcoholism overall; without additional treatment alcoholics often revert to their original behavi...

My 11 year old son has ADHD and is taking Ritalin. He has constant cramps of the stomach. Can he use Hyospasmol? ## Hello, Ally! How is your son doing? It would be better to take him to his doctor as he may need to try a different medication to avoid this side effect. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness and insomnia. How severe are the cramps? Are they constant or do they come and go? Has he had diarrhea? Has he been sick recently?

White skinny pill a little long no writing on it. It is some type of pain pill. ## @Ally, Being that this pill has no markings, I'm wondering how you're so sure that it is a type of pain pill? In situations like this, I believe the only verifiable way to know what you have for certain, is to have its contents analyzed by a lab. However, I did have a couple questions about the pill that may help point our search efforts in a more precise direction: - You had mentioned that it was "a little long". Does this mean that it's oblong/rectangular shaped or oval? - Is the score line vertical "|" or horizontal "---"? - Where was the pill found / how was it obtained? Thanks for any additional info you can provide!

I am taking Gestin (Allylestrenol) during pregnancy, so i want to know what the purpose of Gestin tablets are? Please tell me in a very simple language. Thanks ## Rozy, this is a Progesterone class hormone that is always present in the female body. The reason it is often given during pregnancy is because you have to have enough of it, in order to support a healthy pregnancy and carry your baby to full term. If a woman is lacking in it, it can affect her pregnancy and may cause her to miscarry. Are there any other questions? ## Hello doctor I'm 28 years old in my 13th week of 1st pregnancy.
