Purepac substituted for Xanax 1 mg tablets they are round blue and have the number side 1 031 and side 2 R. What are they. They don't seem like they work well. ## Hello, Hopiz! How are you? This tablet is actually manufactured by Actavis and they list it as containing 1mg of Alprazolam, which is a generic for Xanax. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. However, there can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic to another, it is permitted under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, so they may be a bit lower in the dosage than what you are used to taking. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I was curious-do you which xanax brands hav...

What does the generic one milligram xanax say on it? ## Hello, Amanda! How are you? I'm sorry, but the generic is manufactured by several different companies, so I can't possibly list the descriptions and markings of all the 1mg tablets for you. However, if you can post back with the markings on the pill in question, that would enable me to look it up for you. Can you please post back and clarify? Thank you! The FDA classifies this as a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. It carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. ## Right, there are different generics of XANAX, however this month (FEBRUARY 2020) I was given a NEW generic that’s a WHITE ROUND PI...

What are the different Xanax colour pills & Mgs etc??? Thanks. ## pinkish orange pill that is 20mg and on the other side it has a f and p ## The name brand Xanax is as follows: A white bar tablet with XANAX on one side and X2 on the opposite is 2mgs. A blue, football shaped tablet with XANAX on one side and 1.0 on the other is 1mg. A white, football shaped tablet with XANAX on one side and 0.25 on the other is .25mgs. And orange/pinkish, football shaped tablet with XANAX on one side and 0.5 on the other is the .5mg. As I stated, this is just the name brand. There is no rhyme or reason to the color and dosages of the generic versions, so such does not apply. Is your pill one of these? If not, please post back with the markings and I will gladly look it up for you. ## found these pill...

How do the white round alprazolam 2mg compare to the white xanax 2mg bars? My doctor told me generic brands can be up to 30% weaker or 30% stronger. Also the yellow 2mg aprazolam bars. How do these 3 rank in potency or whatever? ## Your doctor is right, on all except the percentage, the allowable difference by the FDA is plus or minus 20%, not 30. They consider this an acceptable therapeutic window. As to how any compare to the name brand, you are not going to get any information from just providing the color, since they don't actually mean anything and doesn't tell anyone who the manufacturer is. There are several yellow and white tablets on the market that contain Alprazolam, but they are made by different companies and therefore, can have different potency. Can you post back ...

I got these generic xanax 2mg bars with 11 on them - do they work like real xanax? ## Generic Alprazolam is technically "the real deal" before they gave the drug a brand name called Xanax. Being that they are made of the same active ingredient, I would imagine that they work just as they are intended to work for anti-anxiety purposes. The major differences in peoples reaction to the drug are largely due to different body chemistry and different inactive ingredients in each brand of Alprazolam. That aside, no one can really honestly tell you how this drug is going to affect you, as they are not you. Not even "you" know how it's going to affect you until you take it, so how could someone else know who doesn't even know your medical history or current state of healt...

I have taken Teva brand alprazolam, 1mg, 3x's a day for years. I moved to Citrus County FL, 4 months ago, and I can't find a pharmacy that carries this, and they refuse to special order it. I am very sensitive to different medications and the other brands I've received are sub-par. Any suggestions? I've not been doing well. ## Actavis/Teva is all I get these days from Rite Aid in California. Hey good for you giving it to Goozer in that other thread! Very mean to me & Verwon.

I have some alprazolam 0.25 mg that are oval. The letter on them is B on one side, then on the other side where you cut them in half, 3. Are these 0.25 mg? ## Hi Elaine, Re: "what does a white generic xanax 1mg look like": Because different drug manufacturers make their own unique versions of alprazolam, to say what one 1 mg tablet looks like, doesn't necessarily encompass all of the various manufacturer's versions of 1 mg alprazolam. You would have to provide more specific details about the particular 1mg alprazolam tablet you're referring to in order to narrow down it's image, manufacturer, National Drug Code, and other pertinent information. (For example, in my short investigation here I've already come across two different white 1mg alprazolam tablets - w...

football shape white pill with R18D ON FRONT AND CROSS SHAPE ON OTHER SIDE? ## You are confusing the names of different medications, this medication is not Xanax, nor a generic for it. The tablet marked R180 contains 4mgs of Tizanidine, the active ingredient in Zanaflex, which is a muscle relaxant. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. Learn more: Are there any questions or comments?

Actually you must have high tolerance because these Xanax 2089 are the strongest , I have ever had, and longer lasting, I have tried all brands including Xanax and this one last all day and night when taking right doses, It just might not have worked chemically with you, Everyone i know says they are way strong ## Every medication can affect everyone differently. Thus, one that works well for you, may not work for someone else and this is also true of name brands and generics. Fluctuations in the exact chemical salts, the fillers and the amount of the active ingredient, as well as someone's own body, can all affect how any given medication works for them. Therefore, this generic may not work as well for someone else, as they do for you and vice-versa. Are there any questions or comm...

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and irritability. Learn more: Are there any questions or comments? ## Alprazolam and Xanax are the same thing. Xanax is the name brand and Alprazolam is the generic version. You refer to them as if they are 2 different kinds of pills!!

Show all xanax by milagrams lowes to highs ## I'm sorry, but I don't have any pictures to post for you, due to copyright reasons. In addition, there are far too many to post, because Xanax is just the name brand, this medication is also available as a generic, called Alprazolam and there are two different formulations on the market, a regular released and a time released version. Just to give a few examples of descriptions and markings from the name brand: Blue, oval 1mg, marked XANAX 1.0 White, oval .25mgs, marked XANAX 0.25 Orangle, oval, .50mgs, marked XANAX 0.50 Are there any markings on the tablet in question? Are the affects of these any different than a regular 1mg football never seen these b4 but the Internet says they are 1mg alprozolam lil help ## Just to confirm, this imprint of "BP 632" is in fact identified as generic Alprazolam 1 mg. However there's really no telling how any pill will end up affecting you ahead of time. If you're to compare effects, it'll likely be attributed to the different variations of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) in each manufacturer's version of the drug. Another thing is, the FDA permits generic medications (such as this one) to contain up to 20% more or less of the actual active ingredient. So depending on what you're used to taking, this could potentially be 20% more or less potent than that. I'm sure both of the fac...

Hi i just picked up my percription for zanex at a different pharmacy and they have a imprint of 1 1 on it i was wondering if anybody had anything to say about this type of brand. ## Caraco pharmaceuticals does make the generic Xanax (a.k.a Alprazolam). The specific imprint you have listed describes the generic 2 mg tablets. It seems that they only started making this in the past 5 years or so, but I could be wrong. There is another discussion thread where people are talking about this exact pill in more detail. Check posts # 19, 20, and 25 over there too. Xanax Alprazolam Scored White With Only "11" Imprint. Hope this helps!

Please show me pictures of different xanax. ## There are square ones, there are round ones, there are blue ones and there are brown ones. Ask your Doctor or Google for pictures, many pretty pills waiting for you! ## Yes, as Eddy has made clear in his own eloquent way, there are far too many for anyone to list descriptions of all of them or post pictures of all for you, since it is available as both a name brand and generic. The FDA warns that this medication caries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Can you post back with a description of the pill in question, including it's shape, color and markings? That is what would enable it to be identified for you. i refilled my prescription of xanax but they dont look the same as before. they are still light blue but instead of oval they are more oblong. with the imprint saying bp632 on one side and a line down the middle on the other side. i tried to i.d. them and it shows no results. does anyone know anything about these? ## Based on the description provided, I found your blue oval/oblong shaped pill to be Alprazolam (1 mg). This happens to be the generic for Xanax. Manufacturer: Boca Pharmacal, Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 64376-0632 Often times pharmacists don't tell patients that they're handing them a different version of the same medication; but I really think they should for your own safety. Reason being is that generic medications are allowed to contain up to 20% more or less o...

I have a question. Since being in this online community I have been mainly a part of the benzo club. I have seen a multitude of questions about which generic is better (company making I assume a stronger 1mg Xanax than another, as an example). I have taken generics of everything I can for decades and have never noticed any difference between generic and brand, or one generic compared to the generic by a different company but the same drug. Is this actually something people experience or as I do, do you think it's just all in one's head? I had a friend who insisted that brand Valium were far superior to generic. I never noticed a difference, except in price. I'm referring to prescriptions. If these people are buying this stuff illegally, there's every possibility they...
