i took one biofu on my first month of pregnancy, will it affect my baby? ## Hi, Che! Congrats on the pregnancy. How are you doing? If you are concerned, then the best thing you can do is consult your doctor. If it was just one dose, the risks aren't severely high, but it's best to have things checked out to be certain. It can be very difficult to say what may affect a developing fetus. ...

Need help finding the ndc for this prescription and others. Can anyone help? ## Alaxan FR contains Ibuprofen (200mg) + Paracetamol (325mg). I'm not sure if the following NDC (National Drug Code) for this tablet is correct, but it is the only thing I can find on the tablet: Z20023035 The distributor who had this NDC posted is actually under investigation for one reason or another and their site cannot be fully accessed at this time. Because of that, getting verification from them isn't possible. Do you have a way to verify if this code is correct? If I had to guess I wouldn't think this pill is manufactured in the U.S., due to the lack of available information. ...

Is it safe to drink at the same time? ## Hello, Jerlit! How are you? No, it is not! They both are listed as containing Paracetamol and taking too much of it in a day or in any 8 hour period can result in overdose toxicity, which may be fatal. If you have a cold or flu, the BioFlu should be enough to help, if your doctor approves of your taking. The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and stomach pain. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Hi Jerlit, fact of the matter is Paracetamol (which is the main ingredient for both medicines) is generally safe even to pregnant women - Bioflu contains 500mg of it while Alaxan contains 325mg. Other ingredients are Phenylephrine HCl and chlorphenamine maleate (for Bioflu) and Ibuprofen (for... ...

I take alaxan at 7pm because my body is in pain.. But then i realized its because i have a flu.. So i decided to take bioflu at 12am. Is it ok? ## Hi yes that's perfectly fine. Alaxan is paracetamol and Ibuprofen - Bioflu contains Paracetamol as well used to treat pain and fever and is known to be generally safe even for pregnant women. ## I have done this in the past and I'm still alive! I recently had my annual physical and my results are good. I'm 40. If body ache calls for relief and Alaxan will provide just that, then that's fine. It's not like you're popping one pill after another. And the fact that there's a 5hr interval was good enough, if your symptoms call for it. Often, with health issues you need to weigh the pros and cons as you listen to your bo... ...

I want to know that what excipients are used in alaxan fr ## Hi Thinzar, From what I could gather Alaxan FR contains Ibuprofen (200mg) + Paracetamol (325mg); a combination indicated for use in treating mild to moderate levels of pain. Unfortunately I can't seem to locate any specific details pertaining to the inactive ingredients found in these tablets. However, I believe that type of information is usually listed on the packaging itself. If I had to guess I wouldn't think this product is manufactured in the U.S., due to the lack of available information on it. If this is something you can pick up at your local pharmacy, you might want to double check with them as well. Does anyone else have more info on these tablets? ...
