This has helped me for substitute to qudict tablet. Or u can take tramadol oral disepersible 50mg tablet 4 times a day with a gap of minimum 5hours. Qudict contains Buprenorphine and Naloxone, it is most commonly used to treat opiate addiction. Have you tried asking your doctor or pharmacist if there are any other alternatives available?
