Adderall Not Working

I was diagnosed with ADD now at the age of 44. Ive been taking Adderall 10mg in the morning and 10mg after 1pm, but I don't see a change in the focusing. I have the side effects nothing else. People tell me that they see a difference in half hr to one hr but I don't, is it the milligrams or the fact that I take a low dosage twice a day? ## Hello, Lizzy! How are you? I've noticed that the last three years in a row around this time either at the Adderall generic Sandoz brand is on backorder or suddenly the pills don't have the same affect. So in essence the pharmacy and drug manufacturers I getting paid while patients suffer without the proper medication. Has anyone else had this happen this month? I was recently diagnosed with ADD I am 24 years old and have had it for years however it didn't effect my life to much until Recently. My doctor started me on Vyvanse 40 MG the first day I took it worked wonders and then the second day it didn't help at all, so the third day I took 60 Mg and still nothing, so the third Day i Tried 40 once more and had it no effects once again. Ive been on Adderall for fifteen years and am on 90 mils a day.I am a serious case of A.D.D with severe learning and cognative problems so when I found adderal . I was able to partially function for the first time in my life like way closer to normal than ever before. Now the drug is usless to me unless I abuse it or for lack of that term . I have had two refills of Adderall 20 mg that was manufactured by Teva/barr (Teva) and it seems to have much less medication in each pill. Refills by another manufacturer work. This is ridiculous, and where do we report Teva and who can check each pill for amount for medication? I have a morphine infusion pump that releases 21.474 mg daily continuous flow plus I can give myself a bolus of 1.50 mg up to 10 x a day making my daily level release of morphine 35.886/day continuous flow. I am so tired all the time. I was taking Barr Dextroamphetamine Sulfate for 12 years. This medication was a miracle drug for me as it lowered my blood pressure, increased my focus, attention, and breathing. About three years ago, my medication "disappeared" without warning or notice. No one would tell me the truth until I found my drug at a pharmacy two hours away. After receiving the medication twice, the pharmacist said he could no longer get it for me because my $50 generic shot up to $500 overnight. Hello I need help in deciding what would be the best course of action for me to take. A year ago I started getting prescribed Adderall 20 mg that I was suppose to take once a day. It was really working for me for a couple of months but after three months after an eight hour day I started to feel myself getting tired. I told my doctor this and he changed it to 15 mg twice a day. This seemed to be working, but I usually do not take two in one day. I have been taking adderall ir 10mg twice daily and recently was prescribed 75mg Venlafaxine (effexor) one daily. And ive been noticing that my adderall has not been working and have been very out of focused and tired even when taking my medications. i want to stop Adderall which i have been taking for 13 years because it has reached a point that it is not good. if i stop depression creeps in at variable times and lengths and very cunningly which i now can sense . is there any other substance that i can take and stop the Adderall? I was diagnosed with adhd about 2 wks ago and perscribed generic adderall 20mg xr. I store my meds in a cubbard above the stove. Last fri I did a self clean on the oven I had never done it before didn't realize how hot it would get. All the meds in the cubbard were extremely hot. Before that the meds worked great I was focused my thoughts were more clear and I was motivated but since then the meds don't seem to be working at all. In my regular prescription for Adderall XR, I opened a few of the capsules and found only white beads. (They've always been orange/white.) Also, they were much larger in comparison. Hello, I was recently diagnosed with ADHD my doc prescribe me Ritalin the pharmacy gave me the genetic brand Methylphenidate 20mg ER (LA) caps Mfc Actavis.
