Follow up of 02/28 post. Original pill marked A 333. Wife back to dentist this AM. Swelling along side of tooth/gum after root canal. Took new prescription for Percocet 10-325 back to same CVS. They have nothing in stock other than the A 333 pill that we had already found to be impotent and reported it to Head Pharmacist. Went to another Pharmacy and they filled with white oval shaped pill identified as M523 on one side and 10/325 on the other. Potency and effectiveness confirmed by wife within 20 minutes after first pill. She managed to catch up on several hours lost sleep. Pill marked A 333 not potent 10/325 Percocet alternative. I've been taking Percocet for years and am in pain management. This time my pharmacy had these a 333 instead if the watsons I normally get. Now I have taken every brand if Percocet there is and yes some are better than others but THESE, These are awful! I feel as if I took nothing at all! I actually have withdrawl symptoms! Took a friend hom and upon them leaving my vehicle I noticed a small pill. It's sort of like a rounded rectangle(oblong shaped?) with R333 imprinted. It is a small light mint green pill (not shiny or slick) the texture of an aspirin... it has five 3's engraved on it. Two at the top and the other three under it. Nothing on the other side. I have reason to believe it is probably prescriptioned. My cvs just switched from watson manuf for percocet 10 to this actavia oblong pill marked A 333..and it does NOT work as well as the other did. I get very little relief and have to take more...sometimes with NO effect at all. Can someone have these pills tested to see what is actually in them? Round Pill (small) imprinted with WPI3332. Supposedly Bupropion XL 300mg but it seems much smaller than it should be. ## I just received a prescription of Bupropion XL, and it looks totally different that what I've received for the same medication and strength in the past (I use Aetna RX by mail). In the past it has been a capsule, and now it is a tablet with the same lettering you describe WPI 3332. Very unusual for there to be such a dramatic change and nothing by way of explanation. I was taking bupropion MPI 3332, round white tablet(Generic Welbutrin 30xl), I changed pharmacies and recieved this white oblong caplet with M B9 printed on one side. I felt alot of anxity start to build over the next few days and the one cigarette I had finally worked down to(ultra light 72 [the teeny shot ones]), was now back up to half pack or more and full on regular light 100's! I thought nothing of it other than a breif passing moment while in the pharmacy and that was that.
