Is The White Side Of Allegra D Or Tan Pseudoephedrine ## I haven't been able to find any information that specifies, it is possible that the answer is neither, that may just be how they designed the pill to look and both active ingredients may be evenly dispersed through both sides. what does 3 times a day mean? on a prescription bottle ## It means that you can take it a maximum of 3 times a day, 8 hours apart, if you need if that much. This is a muscle relaxant, so it isn't like an antibiotic where you have to make sure you take it that many times a day, you can take it less if you don't need it, but you should make sure you don't exceed 3 times a day.
