I've been prescribed Zipsor for spinal stenosis - and have taken one after lunch the last two days. By evening I have such intermittent heartburn and abdominal pain from gas. Finally looked up the side effects and who would think that gas would be a side effect. I want to keep taking the pills as they help but the gas pains are awful and the heartburn too. I rarely have heartburn so its too coincidental that it happens after the Zipsor. My husband went to his po and they did a drug test he is now in jail because he tested positive for pcp. he is taking xanax ,mobic, robaxin soma, tramadol, lunesta ,zipsor and flexeril, can any of these cause a false ,positive ## I am not sure how you would be able to prove it to those in charge, but it might be the Xanax, which contains the active ingredient Alprazolam and is a Benzodiazepine. Several of them have been reported as causing false positives for PCP on some of the cheaper, more unreliable tests. Are all of these medications prescribed by the same doctor?
