I been on Linzess for like 2-3yrs. It is the best that has happened since Zelnorm. I seen everyone's Q&A's and tp answer those in question. I work 8-4pm and usually take it around 3pm giving it an hr or so before eating and by 6 or 7pm it works wonders. For those having severe constipation like myself, I take another before bedtime which is 11/1130pm and by 530am it also releases the rest of stool. So in short, take one around 11pm or bedtime AND another the next day around 3pm (ASK your doctor first if two is suitable- as im not sure and never asked) AND (depending on your work schedule). Just make sure it's an hour before you leave work. ## I believe if you take it twice a day you may desensitize. I cannot site the NIH page I read this on but you could Google it. Best ...

I would like to know the ingredients in Triam-HCTZ. ## I need the reaction of each one of these medicine. Triam/HCTZ Zelnorm Hydroco/APAP Estradiol Metformin 500mg Fluoxetine 20mg Pot Chloride 20meq Vytorin Ozaprozin 600mg ## To answer the original question, the combination of active ingredients which you are referring to is Triamterene + Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ), generic for Dyazide. If anybody is able to answer Myrtis' question, please reply. ## Myrtis, if you look at the top of the page, you will see an alphabet list, each on pulls up a list of prescription drugs that start with that letter. Each of those lists is also sorted alphabetically and you can scroll through for the drug you are looking for and access the information monograph from there. Is this for a school assignment?

I have Fibro with chronic IBS-C...my doctor gave me rx for Amitiza, but my insurance does not want to cover it for me..I was on the Zelnorm for many years which worked SO well for me,but of course it was pulled from the market by FDA. Also I need to know if anyone has had good results with this for their constipation problems? I just had gallbladder removal suregery about a month ago and everyone I spoke with told me I would be having problems with chronic diarrea, but unfortunately my IBS-C seems to have worsened. I truly need HELP..am 44 and miserable enough with all my chronic pain issues (not just Fibro) ...

Please give me a feedback and tell me, how a can do that. Thank you very much.
