This is a combination of a narcotic anagesic containing 15 mg of dihydrocodeine, 325 mg of acetaminophen (APAP) and 50 mg of caffeine. I had an accident on 26/1/2007. Due to this accident I had a concussion. After this accident I was under a lot of stress at my work place. I had lot of anxiety during this time. Slowly I started losing my sleep. Due to this lack sleep and increasing stress at the work place I used to feel very tired but at night due to anxiety(near panic) I could not sleep. I was seizures/conversions 2 yrs back, then i was alcoholic & after discontinuing the same i was facing problem of fearness, conversions, lack of confidence etc. (withdrawal syptoms said Dr.) and with some other medicine like zenoxa 450, Cen-Pharm-S, Lam Plus H etc. was given to me.
